    Morning :)

Well done losers, some colossal losses there :T

I had a bit of a naughty day yesterday. Out for a meal with DH & I had chicken & mushrooms in a creamy sauce, potatoes (could have had chips so was angelic there), carrots & peas. Had a large glass of wine with the meal, then 2 more glasses of wine at home & 2 bags of crisps, so classing it as an EE day, albeit it with lots of syns

    EE today:

B - mango, raspberries, banana, Greek yoghurt (3.5 syns)
L - loaded potato skins & salad (cheese cubes HEA), fresh pineapple
D - chicken jalfrezi (with lots of mushrooms & onions but syns in sauce), mangetout, basmati rice, wholemeal pitta (HEB)

    Not too bad, but then...

DH is buying a bottle of Baileys for tonight, so will probably have at least one or two glasses... Will fess up tomorrow :o

Inspired by Megs photo last week I'll be making the Khumbi curry and a chicken dhansak style curry with lentils for dinner. Other than voting at some point today for our general election I have no other plans thus far.

Twas me that made the curries ;) Jolly yummy they were too!

    I love a dhansak... mmmmm

I have no idea what on earth I'm doing food wise today, I will mostly be in the car... I have to:

Take DS to swimming, bring him back, take hubs to footie game, come back, take DS to rollerskating party, get hubs from footie game, get DS from rollerskating party... doesn't leave a lot of time for cooking (or hopefully eating lol) Each journey is around half an hour there half an hour back.... Just call me Mum's taxi ;)

Edit: I've cobbled together a chinese noodle type soup, put it in the slow cooker and then it'll be there when we get home from all the fun (for fun read I'm silently seething about spending my whole day driving for everyone else) ;)

  • Well yesterday was a great day for me after joining SW 14 months ago and loosing 2st 13lbs I hit my target :D

I think now is the hardest part, trying to stay there.

I just wanted to ask the target ladies on here if they upped their healthy extras, allowed extra syns each day or had a flexi day each week to maintain their weight. The booklet they give you is a bit sketchy and doesn't really tell you what to do

  • Morning lovelies, some amazing losses to see, well done to you all :j:T:T

Not feeling so hot today, had a bottle of champagne to myself last night. 3 alkaselzers so far haven't shifted the headache and I have no idea of the syns I've consumed - can anyone help??? Also, just thought - are there syns in alka selzer???? God what a disaster :rotfl:

    Today is EE:

b: beans on toast, fruit and yog (HEXB)
l: noodles with sf veg, chilli and soy sauce (this is currently my favourite meal!!)
d: veg frittata, loads of sf veg and baked spud

HEXA will be milk in the frittata and the rest in cups of tea to aid the hangover!! Was also going to treat myself to a fudge but I have a feeling I have used all my syns between now and Monday on the alcohol last night!

    Have a great day xxxx
