I find yogurt bumps it up too I love mullerlights but not the price
I buy aldi fatfree 500grms and mix with a pot of mullerlight for flavour. Fruit and veg I try to get reduced or cheap on the market.

Thanks for the tip Meg. I will try mixing mullers with another sort - they would definitely go further then.

They were with the savoury crackers, I've had a really expensive version of them before and they are AMAZING with brie, or strong cheese, but obviously not at the moment ahem :D they also have a cranberry & almond version... heavenly... well worth syns :D

Yes, they are 25 calories each, which like you say is not 1.5 but the syns online has them as 1.5, would you log them as 2.5 for 2?

I got them in Waitrose, but presumably if they are Ryvita, they'll have them most places now/soon...

Working on the 20 calories for 1 syn rule I cannot see how they say they are 1.5 each. I would log 2 for 2.5 syns. Cannot be diddling ourselves out of syns!

been working from home today and the temptation to snack has been high, but I have been good and resisted.

Today has involved carrot cake and vodka... and not an awful lot else, but I'm within syns :D

i took a lovely cous cous, chicken & veg thingie to work for pack up but when I opened it, it smelt really funky, so I threw it out and it's now 7:30 and hubs and I haven't worked out anything to eat for dinner, (other than vodka) so it may be scrambled eggs - just don't feel like food (but do feel like vodka ha ha)

    ho hum ;)

    Hi all

1lb loss for me this week. Not amazing but going down.

Had a fab tea tonight - SW special fried rice. We used the prawn fried rice recipie in the fakeaway book and added in cooked chicken, half a gammon steak (kept the other half in the freezer for another time), and some spring onions to make it more special fried and it was delicious. Definately no more takeaway chinese for us.

    Various disasters, sorry :(

WI in the morning and back on it, I need to be back in the party clothes by Christmas.

Well done losers, SOTW stars, romancers (after four years single, I'm finally a girlfriend again, officially, it can happen my lovelies) and anyone struggling, get back on it with me tomorrow.

Banned by the physio today from ever running again due to shins, so it's exploring different BMs for this girl, with a consolation bottle of wine... Syn week starts again tomorrow :)

I find walking better than running. When I used to run, I forever had painful feet, hips and knees. Now I walk the same distance as I used to run, varying my pace and making sure I get out of breath and work up a sweat quite a bit, and nothing hurts. My BP is fantastic. I like walking (I have a dog so it's a no-brainer). Walking is really underrated in my opinion.

Thanks, I walk between 2 and 4 miles every day just with real life through the week, my BP varies from normal to slightly low and I have a great resting pulse.

Physio told me today my range of movement leg/foot wise is fantastic but my muscles just can't take high impact exercise. Rest, ice, gel and then cycling or swimming.
