  • Hi everyone.
    Today's chews:-
    HE a milk
    HE b 2 slices hovis 400g
    B melon, banana, fruitopolis (1/2)
L poached eggs on toast, nectarine
D peppered quorn steak, sw chips and green salad
Snack hifi bar (6) probably some wine tonight(6)
Those new ryvita look really scrummy, I will be keeping my eyes peeled for them
I've noticed my shopping bill is going up again so I am going to go through my freezer and cupboards to try and have a frugal October. Any tips? It's yogurt and fresh stuff that bumps it up I think.

Morning, weighed in a day early as I'm away Sat & Sun. Its another STS for SHALA,pleased with that at least it hasn't gone up again. Had the munchies last night and ended up having 5 maltesers, really wanted more but did not give in. Today I'm craving a Magnum I have enough syns spare but as I haven't lost anything do I want to risk it?

    Green Day:

B: GF cereal (B1), BD milk (A1). Tea with milk.
L: Smoked cod (3), SW rustic chips & salad. Small slice of Tiger bread (B2), butter (2). Magnum? Tea with Milk.
D: Mushy pea curry & rice. Tea with milk.

    S: Cocoa.

I find yogurt bumps it up too I love mullerlights but not the price
I buy aldi fatfree 500grms and mix with a pot of mullerlight for flavour. Fruit and veg I try to get reduced or cheap on the market.

Re-vamped my menu as realised I could have the fish as my B2 so don't need the bread.

    Updated menu:

    Green Day:

B: GF cereal (B1), BD milk (A1). Tea with milk.
L: Smoked cod (B2), SW rustic chips & salad. Magnum? Tea with Milk.
D: Mushy pea curry & rice. Tea with milk.

    S: Cocoa.

This saves my syns so I can enjoy the Magnum without worrying too much :D
