They were with the savoury crackers, I've had a really expensive version of them before and they are AMAZING with brie, or strong cheese, but obviously not at the moment ahem :D they also have a cranberry & almond version... heavenly... well worth syns :D

Yes, they are 25 calories each, which like you say is not 1.5 but the syns online has them as 1.5, would you log them as 2.5 for 2?

I got them in Waitrose, but presumably if they are Ryvita, they'll have them most places now/soon...

Froggy your sow?! You kept that quiet!!!![/QUOTE]

I don't like to boast. It's a very unattractive human trait you know, and not very fitting for someone who was Slimmer of the Week anyway. That was me by the way. Twice. GBatey was fibbing with the 4lb loss, it was only 3lb I heard. Some people are just so desperate to be the winner

So like froggy said we are trying to be normal - aka not beating ourselves up over a treat which in turn would lead to a binge and a week or more off plan - truthfully it's working?

Ah i see... That makes more sense...

Really good idea lady :T and frog :T

With the end of my holiday in sight, I've decided I'm going to try my best with SW so will try to post on here again, share my menus etc. I've not really done anything for a few months and my weight has crept up again. Silly me.

Good to see you fe. You're welcome anytime. Just think where you could be by Christmas.

Good that you had a loss lantanna, not bad at all for practising maintaining.;)

I like the look of those Ryvitas mupelle. Might be worth going easy on the milk and keeping some Laughing Cows or similar to have on those as an evening munch.

Good luck with the grated carrot wiz. Whatever happens on Monday, you're certainly eating healthily and that has to be good.

I'm away over the weekend so catch up when I get back. Take care all.

P.S. Is it true that frogga was SoW?

Maman, I don't really care how much I lose or STS I know that whatever I do I am eating healthy. I am not going to let it bother me so much anymore or I will try.
My diabetes has never ever been better.:D. That has to be good for my health. :)
