When I joined this challenge last month,I said the family and I were in the midst of an ongoing crisis, which was going to have some serious ramifications for us all.Very relieved to announce that today, very unexpectedly, crisis is over :j.Life resumes for us :j:j

So,no excuses for straying off plan.Fortunately,I am in the zone at the moment, anyway.Long may it continue.

    Today's menu:
Breakfast: ham, eggs, beans, followed by an apple and 1/2 mango
Lunch: 1/2 mango-this was not the plan for lunch, but with the sudden turn of events, was too excited to eat,and had phone calls to make
    Tea:lamb steak,baby potato,peas,carrots

Will have 2 Alpen light bars before bed. Will have had my 350ml skimmed milk

Well done losers, SOTW stars, romancers (after four years single, I'm finally a girlfriend again, officially, it can happen my lovelies) and anyone struggling, get back on it with me tomorrow.
Very relieved to announce that today, quite unexpectedly, crisis is over :j.

Loving all the good news stories Top Girl and Save-upper - congratulations to both of you.

I had the biggest surprise myself today when I woke up to find I had lost 2lbs this week Shala I had to try three times before I convince myself it was correct.. :j

Inspired by Megs photo last week I'll be making the Khumbi curry and a chicken dhansak style curry with lentils for dinner. Other than voting at some point today for our general election I have no other plans thus far.
    Mortgage
    Start January 2017: $268,012
    Latest balance $266,734
    Reduction: $1,278.45

  • All this good news is fab, dates, SOTW (who was that again ;) ) lifting of heavy weights... congratulations everyone! :D
Now. My turn. After a September full of not usual social life, alcohol and eating out, the latter end of this week has been hard to get back on track. Mid week wi was a massive blow, and nearly had me throw in the towel.

Shala I'd like to report -5.5LB off please.

I've no idea how. None. I've only done Gym twice and been more off plan than on. But I'll take it :rotfl:
I'm off to get new batteries for the scales. Just in case.;)
