And I'm not sharing my banner either!

Morning all. Well done on the losses and very well done to frogga and gbatey on our SOTW :j

Tomorrow I am off to the seaside for a long weekend :D I shall have to try hard not to eat all the things while I am there ;)

Only half a pound to my next shiny - would be a real shame to stuff that up for next week, but...

    Hi all

Anyway what is done is done. Just have to be super good today as WI tomorrow. Taking DS1 to cubs tonight so no wine for me as I am driving.

    plan

breakfast: mini quiches with bacon and mushroom

Oh and Daisy - I'm veggie and my explanation of the plan was EE but a sort of throwaway 'you get 2 HEA and 2 HEB if you're veggie'. So don't expect much!

I only discovered that isn't actually Green off the lovelies here. In a way though as I eat a lot of veg anyway it's easy to get extra superfree food in and just check syn values for Green.

I did Pink Poppy!! I had a Mullerlight toffee and an ice cream wafer, and managed to stay at 7.5 syns, so I was pleased (if unsatisfied!) Well done you on one small glass, we both did so well :T

If Slimmer of the Week causes this much havoc, imagine what Slimmer of the Month will do !!!

Daisy - Get into that gym - exactly your not paying it for nothing! You'll feel great when you get into a routine of going.

Talking of feeling great I have the dreaded cold : (

Wi for me later - really hoping for no more than 2 on. I basically had a full week off last week with lots of naughties - needed a little break with everything else going on in my life.

About 80 % back on it now - need to refocus!! 8 lbs to target and I need to be there before xmas.

So flipping hard to shift this last bit though!

Off out for dinner tonight - my eyes on a Chicken Burger and Chips - treat meal for the week and its been a loooooooooooonnng time since I've had anything like that - a very long time. Might even go wild and have a glass of wine.

Its an American Bar grill and I could have a salad - but hey I deserve a treat and I am practicing maintaining I guess and seeing what I can get away with at the minute!

Shala what did you have that night you went out??
  • Morning you lovely lot. I am up and mega organised today, we should have a referendum up here every day!!! I'm hoping I will automatically be 7lbs lighter if Scotland go independent - they might have different scales!!!! :rotfl:

Crabapple thanks for the advice. I didn't stick to plan properly last time when it I did green but I was always having a cheese sandwich with the extra HEX's and I don't think that helped!!! Will do EE for this week and make my mind up after I see what happens at the scales.

    Today is EE

B: Slice toast (HEXB) with butter ( 2 syns) and vegemite, fruit and yog
L: Couscous salad with loads of SF and fruit
D: Not sure yet, maybe pasta salad or sw chips and egg

Have a lovely day folks xxxxx
