  • Morning, slightly better nights sleep and its amazing how having a your hair done can give you a boost. I feel much more positive & invigorated today. I've decided to give Callanetics a complete miss this week, get my energy levels back up and start again next week.

    EE Menu:

B: GF cereal & BD milk. Roasted Dandelion coffee with BD milk.
L: Spicy tomato & veg pasta. Banana. Tea with milk.
D: Chicken wrapped in bacon, homity pie (6), sprouts & either tin peas or a cheese sauce made with LF cream cheese as I don't like mashed potato too dry. Mixed berries. Tea with BD milk.

    S: Cocoa.

Housegroup tonight so leaving a few syns spare in case I'm tempted.

    Morning everyone

Shala I've not been going to class for a wee while but I seem to have fallen off the chart - anyway last night I went along and delighted to have -2.5 result:j

So back to full working kitchen, line well and truly marked and I'm back on the wagon with a vegenance. Been reading back all the posts and am really inspired. Thank you all!

    Todays plan is EE -

Breakfast - toast (hexb) and banana

Lunch - LO roast ham, boiled eggs, huge salad with pickled onions and beetroot and gerkins. ML Greek Yog (1/2)

Dinner - SW spag bol with added farmhouse veg mix (just to use it up!!)

Hexa split between milk for coffee and scraping of parmesan with dinner. Plenty of syns to play with but I'm trying to save them for a glass or two of vino.

Have a good day everyone x
  • Morning. Been to class and lost 1/2lb
Had hoped for more but heigh-ho this is a new week and off is always better than on!
    HE a milk
    HE b hifi bar
    B banana and muller
L couscous made with stock pot and hot and spicy chicken from Asda (free) and toms, peppers and grapes
D quorn steak with sw chips and salad
Snack this evening with bake off hifi bar and maybe wine/crisps (6/12)
Exercise 5 mile dog walk with my friend
  • Although not entirely terrible, my dinner wasn't great today because I'm taking industrial action and have withdrawn my labour from any domestic housewifely duties until further notice. :lipsrseal

I just got myself some carrot soup from the freezer and had some toast (hexb)

    B. Greek Yoghurt (1) & Raspberries
    L. LO Cold Bacon Pasta Bake with salad
    D. HM Carrot Soup & Toast (Butter 2) - can't account for the provenance of the soup as it made pre-SW days and likely contained some oil and cream but who cares I haven't had any real syns today
    S. Banana, Apple and Satsuma
    Mortgage
    Start January 2017: $268,012
    Latest balance $266,734
    Reduction: $1,278.45
  • Shala - please put me down for a loss of 3lb this week.

I achieved my Gold Body Magic last week and am working on the Platinum though it will take me a while. Have a horrid cold atm so off to get some Philly light to make Creamy Chicken Pasta from one of the magazines for our meal tonight - just what I fancy.

Keep up the good work everyone!

Thanks for all the kind thoughts. Your positive vibes worked and I'm happy to say procedure was successful today, so consultant has cancelled the general anaesthetic surgery appointment. Woo Hoo! :)

I should be back on SW track by next Tuesday, although I'll probably have added a few more lbs :(
