    - 2lb tonight :j

Many, many thanks for my kick up the backside earlier in the week!

Homity pie just warming up in the oven and the house is smelling lovely. Very hungry now as can't possibly eat before WI ;)

Now I've just got to be good for my weekend away at the seaside and I should get my 2.5 stone award next week. Our consultant is away on holidays for the next two weeks - what's the betting that she doesn't tell us what her holiday gain was :rotfl:

Hi Pink, yes it was me and you won't believe it but they look so much better than they did. I've had a sleeveless top on this week
I'm so much happier. I've got 28 lbs to go to goal so hoping most comes off my arms and legs x

I'm really, really pleased for you. What a lovely, positive post as well!! :T

I copied down the exercises when you posted them & still haven't got round to doing them yet  I'm going to give them a go as I really like to see toned arms on men & women, if that doesn't sound too creepy :o

wizkid, I'm going to attempt to copy & paste the arm exercises that were posted by Julie67 as they were on the previous thread...

    Arm Exercises

    I'm doing them every day.
I do three sets of dips on the edge of my husbands treadmill about ten inchesof the ground so sit with your back to whatever ledge your using, heels on thefloor, legs can be bent or straight, reach behind with your arms and with theheel of your hands on the ledge, lift yourself up and down using your arms. I'mdoing three lots of ten to start. This works the triceps at the back of arm.
I'm also doing press ups but standing up in the kitchen, feet well back from thecounter, lean forward onto counter and do a press up at an angle of 45degrees.I'm doing 3 lots of ten, hoping to increase as I go.
Finally I'm using little dumbbells, 5 lbs each to do bicep curls verycontrolled, keep your arms by your sides slowly up and down. I find thesereally hard again I'm doing 3 sets of ten, today I increased to 11
Hope that helps. I'm really hoping to see an improvement.

    Hope that worked.

    Morning everyone.

Stayed on plan yesterday, won't bore you with my menu as they are really quite samey!

PLeased to report -2lb today. Got my (virtual) 2 stone award.

Thought I'd show you my breakfast for today. One of my favourites - fruit (nectarine, strawberries, raspberries, green grapes and banana) with fat free Greek yoghurt, a couple of spoons of flaked almonds (B choice) and a (generous) drizzle of honey (2.5). Absolutely delicious. Sorry for the super large pic - no idea how to resize!

Wow that looks lovely. don't worry about resizing its fine as it is.

    Helloooo gorgeous laydeeees :D

    Hi ;):p
Thanks shala - I was going to say that I am back on it today but I haven't been off it if you know what I mean. My consultant called me today to say that I looked unhappy with the sts last night and asked if there was anything she could do to help - my body language must have spoken volumes as I don't think I said that much. ;) Re the new underwear - DH has suggested that it may be time to look at getting some new as the old stuff doesn't seem to be as supportive as it was (more room to wobble about in it I think). Relectant to spend too much on it as hopefully I will need smaller soon (fingers crossed)

Sounds like you have one of the nicer consultants - I don't think I ever had a phone call/email etc off mine and I looked unhappy every week - I lost on average 0.5lb whilst OH lost 3lb every week :rotfl: Well jel!

Not sure on your size (oohh errr :o) but I found some nice styles in M&S and i'm in the larger range :o also our store were doing a £5 off gift voucher if you got measured.

Got to say these are the most comfiest bras I've ever bought, they're just the bog standard t-shirt bras.. nothing expensive - I think they were £22 for 2.

I lost only 1kg this week.
I am a little disappointed for a first week loss:(
I have to admit to a munchie day yesterday, not sure what I wanted so kinda grazed through sweet and savoury.
Today was a good day though:)

    B...Porridge
L...Ryvitas with scrape of mayo and tomato
D...Large baked pot and huge salad.
S...Dried fruit....not sure where they come with SW?

Well done to all the losers and keep your chin up to anybody with a droopy one.

Here's your updated chart.. now with my tidiness issues I've hidden some people who haven't given me an update for the last 2 weeks.. if I've hidden you incorrectly and you're still playing then let me know and i'll unhide you again... :D

If you're not still playing then no worries, don't feel under any pressure to partake...
