Well done Jellybaby, Matron Midge & just the two of us on the losses :T
Kiwisaver, hope all is well in Kiwiland.
Get well soon greentiger, glad the procedure worked this time.
I feel like falling off the wagon as well, MupElle, just been one of those daysI don't feel like eating, but there's a bottle of wine...

Evening All,
I was thinking we really should make a note of who won Slimmer of the Week again as it is a real achievement and whoever it is really needs to know how brilliant they all are and how they are inspiring the rest of us. I'll look back at the chart and see who it is, hold on...
...Oh how embarrassing it's me. Again. Well what do you know? Please don't go on and on about how excellent I am as I'm very modest and I really don't like the limelight. In fact let's not mention that I was Slimmer of the Week for the Second Week in a row at all. I mean it's all about a group effort isn't it? I'm just better than the rest of you that's all. But let's not go on about it...Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Evening all! Congrats to all the losers on the board today!
Day 2 has been a bit more of a success than day 1, although I didn't have enough for lunch and had a bit of a hypo when I got in from college. That was soon sorted with grapes and a muller light though.
My new consultant called me tonight to see how I was getting on!!!! Never had that at the old class, she had to leave me a voicemail because I was on the phone to the gym who had also phoned me with a special offer to join back up!! Will def have to make the effort to go though otherwise waste of money.
Today was EE (I've decided to stick with this for the time being until I speak to my consultant about green next week)
B: Toast (HEXB) scraping of butter (2 syns)
L: SF veg frittat, banana and clementine2 Linda McCartney sausages (2 syns each), mash (milk from HEXA), green beans, onion gravy (2 syns)
Snacks: cups of tea using HEXA, fat free yog and fruit.
