Oh forgot to ask - how do you do big writing? I can do the colours, but I can't figure out how to change the font size.

    Thanks.

ohh shiny new thread. Thank you very much.

I posted in the old one earlier before I saw this one.

Sorry I have been missing in action. Was ill on Saturday - from both ends! All I kept down was 2 slices of wholemeal toast and a small bowl of shop bought rice pudding.

Felt better yesterday so went to a posh do and gala dinner and was bad bad bad, vodka, wine, chocolate fondants, peppercorn sauce, crisps!

Today I have been ill again. - and so far I have had a chicken mugshot and a packet of quavers.

I will be reporting in for weigh in Wednesday morning then off for my holidays to Rhodes for a week.

Welcome to all new people joining us, it really is a great group.

I am still feeling ill. Hoping a good night sleep sorts me out. That is if my toddler sleeps all night.

Hi everybody, I've been obsessively reading these threads (starting at 2010, not suggesting I've read every post, that would be weird) all day, whilst my DS watches the transfer deadline sky stuff. I've been doing slimming world (online) for a week, and think maybe if I join in with the thread, it might give me the motivation that a group meeting would :)

I've been getting on okay, not actually very sure if it's going to work for me, as I can't eat any decent amount of superfrees, due to tummy issues. But I'm doing everything else, logging everything obsessively... I've just totted up my syns for a week ... 80.5 out of 105 so I'm pleased with that!

    Today has been:

Breakfast: Toast (HEB) with tiny scrape of flora light and old fashioned peanut butter (treat for last day before back to work)
Lunch: 4x Jacobs flatbreads with seafood sticks, el mayo
Dinner: Couscous with chicken, celery peppers, onions, sweetcorn, courgettes, mushrooms with 5 tortilla chips (2.5), scrunched up and sprinkled over.

Snacks: Banana, toffee yoghurt with an askeys waffle cone scrunched up and sprinkled on (2.5 syns)
HEA milk for cups of tea

16 syns... not my best, but using syns for crispbread is annoying lol :D Until about an hour ago, I thought a crispbread was 1 syn, it was only whilst reading this that someone logged them as 2 I was like :O :O Bit
gutted... ! But glad I found out.
