    Whoops!
My scales are telling me I've gained about 5lbs, how can that be so with just 2 days off plan. I do seem to pile it on quickly and I really wasn't that bad, honestly ( truthful here)
I'm weighing tonight and I've drawn line under my mini break
Big shop today before back to school tomorrow
Actually looking forward to being back to normal and in some kind of routine.
    Welcome all the newbies
Well done to those who have lost this week, good luck to those weighing and commiserations to gainers :( ( that'll be me later!)
    Happy Tuesday :j

    Morning!

Good luck for those going back to work. I've been back for 2 weeks already.

Some great losses already, well done.

Yesterday went well, felt I ate loads though:
I'm going to try a green day today, I'm in a "needing warm, filling comforting, carby food" mood

B: beans on toast (HEb) fried egg
L: veg soup, rice with chilli beans, muller yoghurt/banana
T: little steamed potatoes, veg stir fry

Going to try to make the rice pudding today, will use my HEa

Do you all cook it in the oven or on the hob?

Not sure about other HE yet,

Went swimming last night, definitely kept me from munching

    Have a good day x

Not only am I in the free paper this week and have Woman of the Year on sunday - now I have a job interview for a job I really really want next Monday. Drove past the flipping ex last night as well - first sighting in months - but he's incidental this week. Its all flippin go here!

Went to CX Mills last night - wasn't too bad, slight soreness today - but don't think it did that much really. Also did an hrs cardio!

Proper starving this morning - off to purchase some cottage cheese!

My OH made this Homity Pie yesterday, we had it with corn on the cob. It was amazingly gooey and creamy! Counted the cheese as one of my HEX A. You'd need to have a side of superfree veg if you wanted to have it on Extra Easy but as I usually do green days it was ok for me.

    http://www.slimmingworld.com/recipes/homity-pie.aspx

Green day for me today again:

B: Omelette with frylight, F&F (B1) with milk (A1) and banana.

L: Quinoa (1.5 as prepacked), feta (A2) and mixed bean salad with superfrees

D: Pasta and sauce (using Loyd Grossman jar to save time, whole jar has 16 syns but it will last 2 meals so 4 syns, added lots of veg too).

Snacks: Fruit, Muller Light, Weetabix Oaty Bar (B2)

Drinks: Coffee with A1 milk, green tea, water.

Syns: 5.5 mentioned above, then will allow a few more for a chocolate treat. Say 9 in total.

    My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |

Total £4151.44 | £2900.30 of £7051.74 paid off since diary started October 2024.
  • Well done to the losers and new joiners, commiserations to the gainers and those heading back to work.

My day was a bit groundhoggy but I'm not complaining.

    B. Yoghurt & Berries
    L. Bacon, lentil, butternut & other veggie soup, plus an apple.
    D. Ditto Soup + Toast (HeB) with a scrape of butter

I'm sure I will manage to find something synful later.
