Sorry for all the posts but I am caught up with you all now
and it has been helping me fill the time in till its time to go for wi
When I get back tonight I'm having some LO Pulled Pork in a wholemeal roll (hexb) with a bit of the bbq sauce, SW chips and some salad - must have salad otherwise maman (SF Police) will be along to shout at me.:rotfl: All this will be followed by a Cadbury's Wispa (8.5 syns). Bought a multipack of Wispas and they are 30g each (8.5 syns). If I bought a single one they are 39g and are 10.5 syns each so I have saved 2 syns :j. Sharing the multipack with DH and DS so I might try and snaffle one away for later in the week.
Well its that time to go and squeeze out the last few drops  and get changed before wi.
Will try to pop back later.

After six weeks off work with the kids, I really want to get back on plan. I intended to do all sorts of amazing dieting and healthy eating in my time off, but it didn't happenbut anyhow, I am where I am so can just try to get back onto it!!
Im veggie but not very adventurous, so will pinch some of your great ideas (if you don't mind?). Ideally Id love to lose a stone if that's ok?Sealed Pot no 20110 -

Shala Thanks for the new thread. Would you mind putting me down for 8lbs for the challenge please? Will there be a set day to post loses (ever the optimist lol) & are they to be in red so they stand out? (soz for all the questions
)
I don't post very often but I keep up to date with the thread
Just to recap on the challenge as we've had a lot of new peeps today... welcome !!
We are running 2 x 8 week challenges up to Christmas week, the first one "Be Awesome in Autumn" challenge started today and ends on the 26th October.
To join in just give me your target to lose in the next 8 weeks and i'll add you to the list.
You can weigh in on any day within the week and if you post your loss here in bold, colour and big (if you want) then i'll try my best to pick them all up as i'm reading through - I've left the dates on the charts to make it easier to track the weeks we're up to.
I think that covers everything... anymore questions let me know..
oh.. and i'll post the chart on Tuesdays and Saturdays each week..Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

Evening
Well today didn't go to plan. I didn't walk home from work as I didn't go to work and I didn't go for a 5k run because I didn't get my car back from the garage.
Other than that it hasn't been a bad day
B - Mushroom and bacon sandwich (HE) More mushroom than bacon!!
L - Chilli beef bake with 3 mini babybel light (HE)
D - nothing, I didn't have my lunch until 3pm.
Syns - Freddo - 5, chipstix - 5.5
Tomorrow is weigh-in day so I won't be able to go for a run, but I will walk home from work.
Tomorrow's menu plan
B - Porridge with skimmed milk and berries (HEA & HEB)
L - Chilli beef bake (packed with superfree)
D - probably omelette and salad as group doesn't finish until 9.30pm
Syns - Freddo - 5, and something else probably
Have a great Tuesday everyone

2lb loss tonight!!:j:j.And Slimmer Of the Week!
I am really pleased with that.I am really in the zone at the moment.
The fridge and freezer are full of SW-friendly food, which I am enjoying.I don't always enjoy fruit,so the fact that I am at the moment is helping.
I have very full fridge and freezer,so don't need any more food, buuuuttttt, last night I found a recipe on another part of the MSE board for samosas. Now I a have a bee in my bonnet about making samosas. The recipe I found would have had about 1000 syns each,so I looked on SW website and found a recipe for 1-syn samosas.Am going to follow that 1-syn filo pastry ,and cooking technique, but use the lovely sounding filling I found on this other thread.I shall report back.
My menu today:
Breakfast:banana,grapes
Lunch:bacon,eggs,beans,followed by honeydew
Tea: chilli con carne,30gcheese nachos (think it was 7 syns),WW creme fraiche,15g cheese
[STRIKE]Might later have two Alpens[/STRIKE]-didn't.Too full
Good luck for everyone for the new challenge :T:T

Hi all.
My goodness, what a lot of new friends we have. Make yourselves at home.
Well, I stuck to plan today. Think final syns total is going to be 7 - the 4 I'd planned, plus a couple for the cheese I chucked in my soup and 1 for a scrape of butter on my toast, so I am still polishing my halo, although I am certain I will finally have a gain tomorrow- what a way to start a new challenge!
Now for tomorrow -
breakfast: hexb cereal & banana
lunch: soup, loads leftfruitopolis (0.5 syn)
Snack: chocolate digestive (3 syns)
Dinner (extended family dinners are back!): roast chicken, roast pots cooked with fry light, separate from chicken, carrots, broccoli, some kind of gravy
Snack: hexa 2 mini babybel & grapes
That takes me to 3.5 syns plus gravy syns.
Does anyone have a recipe for an easy chicken gravy that's SW friendly?Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400
