I had a bath for the first time in ages (I'm a shower girl, not filthy!) and it was so much more comfy. I could move around in there and had space at the sides of me, I didn't create a tidal wave when I sat up :rotfl:

Our consultant always used to mention this too.. i never even realised until she pointed it out!

lantanna - you having to wear a posh dress for the final? hope you get the crown x

Hi mumoftwo, matron midge & sexyshark - nice to have you on board..

lillian - the challenge is for 8 weeks

Shala its a 11 am so I think a fancy dress might be a bit much lol.

I was told to wear a nice day dress or a nice top and trousers.

I was told to bring tissues as some of the stories will be tots emosh!

I'll probably be a mental wreck at the end of it lol

Apparently you have to sit and tell the group your story and the judges just walk around and listen.

I highly doubt I will win but it will be nice to meet some other people who have lost a fair amount of weight.

My leader has to prepare a board of my story and pictures etc - she's raiding my Facebook........................

Can't wait to see that - not!

Not an accusation! I use them too, easier and quicker and very few syns in half a pouch.

More welcomes due :) Hello to you all.

    Good luck Lantanna!

And well done on your loss Lillian :T

I'm currently scoffing kettle chips. 4.5 syns but my first synned food for the day. My toddler keeps trying to nick some even though she has food of her own - not happening!!

Hello! Could I join you please?

I'm joining SW tonight and I'd like to lose 14lbs in the next 8 weeks. I've been at SW before but fell off the wagon spectacularly over the summer so I've decided new term - new start and I will get to my goal this time!

    Thanks!
Hoping to be debt free by the end of 2015 :)

I use these all the time as its such a faff to make rice for one.
I use one called adora Pilau from heron foods, not sure of syns but they are the lowest in fat that I have found. and they are only 3 for a £1.00.
