Love the positive vibe on here today
I am faced with more sweets and toffee at work but i've only succumbed to one (2 syns?) the rest i'm saying PAH to.. they'll not get me!!
Mildredd - thats a fabulous loss for the year :T
pinkpoppy - can i ask another questions about your potato skins - do you make a big batch or do you make them fresh each day? i was just wondering how well they keep in the fridge or freezer..I had a bath for the first time in ages (I'm a shower girl, not filthy!) and it was so much more comfy. I could move around in there and had space at the sides of me, I didn't create a tidal wave when I sat up :rotfl:
Our consultant always used to mention this too.. i never even realised until she pointed it out!
lantanna - you having to wear a posh dress for the final? hope you get the crown x

Shala its a 11 am so I think a fancy dress might be a bit much lol.
I was told to wear a nice day dress or a nice top and trousers.
I was told to bring tissues as some of the stories will be tots emosh!
I'll probably be a mental wreck at the end of it lol
Apparently you have to sit and tell the group your story and the judges just walk around and listen.
I highly doubt I will win but it will be nice to meet some other people who have lost a fair amount of weight.
My leader has to prepare a board of my story and pictures etc - she's raiding my Facebook........................
Can't wait to see that - not!0 -

Thanks!Hoping to be debt free by the end of 2015

I use these all the time as its such a faff to make rice for one.
I use one called adora Pilau from heron foods, not sure of syns but they are the lowest in fat that I have found. and they are only 3 for a £1.00.Slimming World at target0
