Good morning everyone, it's a bad morning for me.
I have GAINED and I am back to 11 stone this is getting beyond a joke I am yo yoing again.
Forget my menu for today that I have already planned it's not going to happen. I am so annoyed that I can't even have little slip ups like some people can. I will try one more week and then that's it. I never had this problem when I did the old old weight watchers in the 1970s
19 weeks to lose 3 stone, that's all it took me and in that time only one week of STS. I also became a Lecturer, that's what they called the leaders in those days.
Oh I know I was younger and didn't take medication but goodness me compared to this way of eating it was practically a starvation way of eating No Syns whatsoever ! You couldn't have a piece of malt bread without gaining 3 pounds. Anyway, back to my predicament. This is my last time.
B. Yoghurt fruit
L. Soup, small homemade bread roll 6 Syns ( white bread )
D. Fish, 6 s/w chips garden peas. Beetroot.
Supper. Fruit x 2

wizkid1 so sorry SW isn't working for you0 -
Meg72 – I do enjoy your photos!! My goodness what a haul!!! Listen its done and you enjoyed yourself – a little break / rebellion doesn’t do you any harm!! I don't even look in the reduced section in Asda anymore as I usually see something I want and shouldn't have - I don't need that type of temptation!!! Reduced Chocolate Éclairs and anything cheesy scream at me and try and jump into my basket so for me its best to just avoid that section all together!!
I love rocket!!! Asda were out of courgettes yesterday I was raging – as I had planned to make the vegetable noodles! Ended up having tagletteli instead.
Saver-upper – That is my sort of breakfast – sounds great J It was a one off and you enjoyed it - so now think of it as a happy memory and get on with the plan
Well done Frogga – You keep going now!!
So still here and not really sure how the form is. Was meant to be out on Saturday night - but was let down - so did virtually nothing all weekend. I ate loads - not bad stuff just loads.
Making a plan today going to pull myself out of the duldrums and get on with it. I am getting over this flipping man this time - I just have to work out how : /
Shala - The 100 day challenge is good - its means posting onto FB everyday what you have done. Some peoples are pure body magic, some counting and reporting on syns every day etc - its quite a good idea!
Todays menu looks like this
B: 2 Pieces of Nimble & Philly Light - HE A & B
L: Seafood Linguine, Rocket & TomatoSeabass with Stirfry Veg
Snacks: Muller Light
Going to CX Mills tonight and will do an hours cardio as well.
I'm off here to plan a better life lol or have a nervous breakdown - one of the two lol

Know how you feel. It seems that if I look at something off plan I put on 2lb! Luckily I enjoy eating a lot of fruit and vegetables so it's no hardship for me to give up things that don't work for me. For example, it seems to be white bread that upsets the apple cart, whether or not I syn it. When I steer clear of it, I'm right as rain and the weight comes off steadily.
I hope things turn around for you and if it's any consolation, I wish I was anywhere near 11st.Start weight 13st10 (on 06/07/14) - 1st Goal 11st9 (by 14/12/14 - 23 weeks)

Hi, Wizkid I'm so sorry for you. I am the same, I lose a little by being really on plan and then when real life kicks in i.e. someone calls with cake, biscs, wine or we go out for a meal it gets me on the scales every time. I so envy the people in group who have had takeaways, big choccie binges or been on nights out and still lose 2-3lbs. I think it is probably that you are quite close to your bodies ideal weight and I just tell myself that if I keep going, I won't put on the 2 stone I originally had to lose it is disheartening but playing with a few pounds is easier than a few stones. Don't give in!!!
Today's menu
HE a milk
HEb weetabix oaty bar
B strawberries and yog
L LO potatoes, ham and salad with pickles
D LO chicken made into Chinese style curry with mayflower packet mix (5)
Onions, beansprout and peas stirfry and sw chips
Snacks oaty bar, banana and more strawbs0 -

Wizkid So sorry to hear you're thinking of going, I will miss you but I understand your frustration.
Had a bad night last night, my tea did not stay down. Either I've come down with a bug or I've over done things and exacerbated the ME, so I've decided to give the Callanetics a miss today and give my body a rest. I have a menu planned today but all depends whether I can keep it down.
EE:
B: GF cereal with BD milk. Tea with milk.
L: J. Pot, with either LF cream cheese, beans or prawns - can't decide. Tea with milk.Family are having Quesedillas, so I will just have the chicken & bacon filling (5 for cheese), and some veg & rice. Tea with milk.
S: 1GF pink wafer (3). Cocoa.Weight loss 0/2st
Inch loss = 0"

Morning all! Goodness, I had forgotten how quickly this board moves! Lovely to see some old names and all the new ones, well done to everyone reporting losses and hugs to everyone else.
Going back to group tonight, different night and a different leader to the one I had gone to before, not a purposeful decision but Mondays suit me better at the moment. This will probably be my fourth "introduction" night at Slimming World!
My biggest worry is lunches as I am at college 4 days a week. No access to kitchen / micro / hot water or fridge. Think I might invest in a thermal lunch box to have hot / cold lunches - getting bored and straying into the canteen for chips and curry is probably my biggest danger area!!!!
Hope everyone has a lovely day, not posting what I'm eating today because it def wont be on plan!!0 -
Durham_mim hope you feel better soon and get some rest today.
Wizkid, sorry you are having such a hard time. Maybe you need a change.
I have changed my menu to red today.
Had 2 fried eggs and spinach for breakfast. Just been to Aldi and bought their peppered mackerel which is free, so will be having some with a salad for lunch. And tonight is still sausages but no mash for me, just cabbage and carrots. I might still make veg soup, just not put any beans in it.
I better go do some cleaning and tidying, I hate housework.0 -
