  • Good morning everyone
I'm determined to keep up with the thread this week and post my menus
Well done frogga an a great loss (btw if you are a teacher you should really speak with your union about your lunchtime arrangements, it's not right what you are expected to do, I'm a teacher too and I get 45 mins break and have a 15 min duty every day, that's it)
    Menu today
Breakfast quark and fruit with a crumbled scan bran
Lunch sticky gammon and rice with stir fried veggies, yogurt
Dinner speed soup, yogurt and fruit
    Snacks - fruit, fish sticks
    Syns - 14 mikados.
Happy Monday everyone, dreary here today but tomorrow looks better

Well too many syns last night from y friends reduced sarnie haul
and definitely too many wine syns but I really enjoyed it. I had the idea to takeoff one slice of bread and have open sandwiches and just stripped the filling off the others in fridge for an interesting salad later.

The wholemeal rolls are in freezer, the mushrooms and packs of rocke tsalad in fridge.

My friend was delighted with her reduced haul as its the first she has bought, she only went to Asda for Wine but it was ten minites to closing when all the sarnies were brought out. She paid 2.44 for the lot.(not including wine)

Good morning everyone, it's a bad morning for me. :( I have GAINED and I am back to 11 stone this is getting beyond a joke I am yo yoing again.
Forget my menu for today that I have already planned it's not going to happen. I am so annoyed that I can't even have little slip ups like some people can. I will try one more week and then that's it. I never had this problem when I did the old old weight watchers in the 1970s
19 weeks to lose 3 stone, that's all it took me and in that time only one week of STS. I also became a Lecturer, that's what they called the leaders in those days.
Oh I know I was younger and didn't take medication but goodness me compared to this way of eating it was practically a starvation way of eating No Syns whatsoever ! You couldn't have a piece of malt bread without gaining 3 pounds. Anyway, back to my predicament. This is my last time.

    B. Yoghurt fruit

    L. Soup, small homemade bread roll 6 Syns ( white bread )

    D. Fish, 6 s/w chips garden peas. Beetroot.

    Supper. Fruit x 2

Well done on the losses frogga and pinkpoppy and anyone else I've missed:T

Don't worry frogga, you'll get under that stone next week :D Those stone barriers are lovely motivators.

Yesterday went much better food wise, today and tomorrow I shall be a saint :rotfl:. My one saving grace to help avoid a horrid WI tomorrow is that I have dropped my HEX foods because baby is eating food as well as breastfeeding, but he hasn't noticably dropped any feeds yet!

I've got to work something out for dinner. Tempted to have another go at the homity pie as I have most of the ingredients, but might tweak it with some swede and carrot as well as the potato (cos otherwise they'll go manky and not get used). I'll need to go buy some low fat cheese but there's always stuff we need from the supermarket :(.
