Wo Yes I am sure my cakes are SW friendly
they contain synfree socks and flannels.

Socks and flannels? Gosh, that's dangerous Meg. I had an anorexic ballet dancer friend who used to eat tissues but not a whole flannel! I don't think you should be encouraging that sort of thing! Although syn free you say??

Poppy and Flutterby I was thinking of soup, and I do have one of those mugs, but I didn't think they kept the food warm like a flask? They don't look thermal? (disbelieving face)

frogga, I was talking about soup or pasta in a flask, it doesn't look like those mugs flutterby linked to are thermal, I think she was suggesting them for your mug shots. .

frogga - pink poppy was right, I meant them for your mugshots. They are not thermal but can be used in microwave if you have access to one then you can do soup. However with the lid on tight they will hold the heat for awhile anyways. Sorry if I confused you!

STS and it's been a miracle to be honest.

Awful week and I've danced round the plan.

    Good BM is dancing!!;)

Happy Birthday saverupper. My family is saturated with birthdays at this time of the year too (Christmas babies;)). Friday was my niece's party, today is DH's birthday and Wednesday DGD.

So since Friday I have had my share of synful stuff. DH has decided he doesn't want to go anywhere today (I think he's relishing a peaceful day with no pressures) but we're away next weekend so he's happy with that.

frogga, I know this is nothing to do with SW as such but you (and your colleagues) really ought to be complaining loudly. If you're on a normal teacher's contract you can't be forced to do lunchtime supervision or go without a break.

Carmen, I looked up Activia and it just seems to be most of the 0% ones that are free. A 500g tub of low fat natural was 5 syns. I think FF on the lists in the books is about the fibre content of the food rather than the special Fast Forward programme. I'd forget about Extra Easy if I were you. It's not really worthwhile for veggies. It's easy because you can have as much lean meat and potatoes (or other carb) as you want but if you don't eat meat there's no point. The big plus of Green is that you get and extra HEA and B every day.

    My EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, HEA milk, scrambled eggs
L: probably veg soup but definitely syn free
D: roast chicken, roast potatoes and parsnips, carrots, cabbage, cauli
Syns: gravy, squirt of HP, may have stuffing and definitely weekend wine:T

I didn't get a chance to post my loss yesterday Shala so you can either add it on now or just add my two together next week? I've managed 4lb loss but not been eating much and been constantly on the go so it may not last!

No problem, added it on now - you've nearly hit your target!!

    Agreed... it's terrible!!

I was thinking that too Frogga!

I should be purple and you should be green
    :rotfl:

The reason you are green TIE is because you're below (above??) :D the target you set.. Frogga, once you lose your 26lbs you'll be green too, on the chart that is!!

I'm not talking about food today:whistle:
