Getting bored of mug shots which I can make as I can get hot water but can't wash up the mug so that's a bit messy afterwards. Not nice washing up mug in the loo.

frogga - you could get one of those mugs with a clip lid, which would contain the mess til you get home. I have this one but I noticed that the breakfast one was reduced to around £1.60 in Sainsburys this week (they sell them in most supermarkets or online).

I didn't get a chance to post my loss yesterday Shala so you can either add it on now or just add my two together next week? I've managed 4lb loss but not been eating much and been constantly on the go so it may not last!

    Morning All (waving)

My lack of ability to do smilies is beginning to annoy me (cross face) so anyone know how I can turn them back on again as I used to be able to do it? (looking puzzled)

Thanks for the recipe Muppelle ~ I will defo try that as I love mushrooms (yum yum face??)

Poppy and Flutterby I was thinking of soup, and I do have one of those mugs, but I didn't think they kept the food warm like a flask? They don't look thermal? (disbelieving face)

Am gonna make the sw quiche today and eat it cold with a fork fro tomorrows first lunch of the week. Maybe get some salad to have with it. That shouldn't be too hard to eat while standing up and shouting at kids not to pour drinks all over each other.

Mildredd said sw quich was 4 eggs, pot of C&C cottage cheese, cooked veg like peppers onions and mushrooms in a dish or individual muffin things for 1/2 hour or so. Can't wait to try.

What's the difference between the quiche or frittata then?

    Morning :)

gbatey, well done on the loss :T

frogga, I was talking about soup or pasta in a flask, it doesn't look like those mugs flutterby linked to are thermal, I think she was suggesting them for your mug shots. Quiche done in the oven & frittata on the hob/under the grill?? They can be pretty much the same ingredients though ;)

    Green day:

    B - branflakes (HEB1), raspberries, Greek yoghurt (3.5 syns)
L - loaded potato skins (1/2 HEA1 cheese), salad, boiled egg
D - Quorn cottage pie (1/2 HEA1 cheese), baked beans

I think the cottage pie & beans will be too filling for me to have my usual wholemeal pitta HEB so will have 3 ryvita crispbreads (HEB2) & a Philly Light pod (1/2 HEA2) with red onion for supper.
