  • I did it, I did it! _party_-1lb _party_ please could you put this on the chart Shala Also lost 0.5" off my hips too!

Now just have to make sure it doesn't go back on. Its obviously portion sizes that were the problem (that and the lactose intolerance).

    EE Menu:

B: GF cereal & BD milk. Tea with milk (using BD for everything now).
    L: 2 x boiled eggs & toast (5). Pineapple. Tea with milk.
D: Chilli(lots of veg), & brown rice. Tea with milk.

    S: Cocoa.
    BM: 1hr ballroom.

Got a ballroom social tonight so will probably use some syns for a drink and someone usually brings a box of chocolates to share. I limit myself to two, so must keep some syns for those.

Maisie- Thank you so much for the link, I really appreciate it. Those slices were really lovely and I want to make more experimenting with other fruity flavours.

    morning

Been a busy week, DD's birthday which somehow made my brain think it was ok to eat croissants, crusty rolls, cake and other horrible things. I really don't understand myself sometimes.
One day so happy losing weight and being on plan, the next, cramming in as much bread and carb products in as I can.

but hey, I can't give up. Got my actifry yesterday, made chicken and peppers and onions in it for fajitas last night. It was really good.

Found some good recipes, someone even cooked an omelette in theirs

Going to do chips in them today. Does it work with frylight or do I have to use oil?

not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow.

Hope you are all doing well, I am away to read back a few pages

The actifry will work with frylight, I had one but it packed up and I bought a Tefal airfryer, love my no syn chips .

I thought I'd give you all a laugh....

We're sitting eating lunch today and I say to DS (9) do you want a doughnut? (little mini ones) He says (with a twinkle in his eye) "no thanks mummy, I'm saving my SYNS!!!":rotfl::eek: Ridiculous Child :D

    So today:

B: Scrambled egg, toast, flora light, & mushrooms (1/2)
    L: Mugshot, 2 x ryvita, half a smoked mackerel, lettuce (2)
    S: Banana
D: HM Chicken Curry (loads of veg), rice and one poppadom (2.5) I might make some Daal if I can be bothered :D
S: something nice :D:D (it's the weekend!) This may be choklit, or vodka, not sure which!

Tomorrow I'm doing my first roast of the season and making the SW Eton Mess for pud :D

Hope you're all having a happy weekend xx

Aren't they funny :D:D He is really interested in healthy eating, as he is football crazy, we've always eaten quite healthy, it's just with him doing so much football and Hubs doing a physical job, they can afford a lot more snacks/treats than me, I'd got really lax with it... hence putting this annoying stone on in a year :rotfl:

STS and it's been a miracle to be honest.

Awful week and I've danced round the plan.

Meal out on Mon so minimal syns all week to compensate.

Hopefully the same next week and I can build on that.

Afternoon People (me waving) (still can't do smilies??) (me frowning)

Way too many posts to catch up on. Hope you are all ok and no one has been caught by the cat?

So, nearly week two gone and I'm not bingeing (happy face)

I was telling Mildredd earlier, I'm stuck for lunch ideas. I'm getting bored of cold rice salad. We don't have a staff room anymore, and we have to eat with the children in the lunch hall. We don't have access to a microwave so I can't have anything hot. I'm on lunch duty everyday so I can't sit. I eat walking around.

Mildredd said cold pasta salad. But I don't really like it that much, I could stomach it once or twice. Don't really want to have bread or rolls but that is the easiest thing to eat walking around. Also don't have capacity to wash up so whatever I eat from has to go back in my bag. Mildredd also suggested quiche cold so I'll put it in a tub and eat out of the tub with a fork.

Getting bored of mug shots which I can make as I can get hot water but can't wash up the mug so that's a bit messy afterwards. Not nice washing up mug in the loo.

One more full day until weigh day, hope I've lost loads and I win SOTW again (excited face, trying to look cool though)
