Thank you but it is a salted caramel one and I'm sure it's only 1 of them. Off to check though!,

Sadly only 1 allowed for that flavour.:( I haven't seen the masala recipe, but are there SFs in there or will you be having them alongside?;)

I used to belong to a gym and there seemed to be a lot of these types: men who fancied themselves watching each other doing weight training and women who did a tiny bit of cursory exercise and then just chatted with mates. I was so busy watching them I didn't have time to care if people watched me!!
  • Hi All

Maman - You summed up the male behaviour rightly - that is exactly how they are - sometimes they also look at my NORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The ladies I have to say do work in my gym.

Its the couples get me - always kissing and whispering and following each other about lol - I don't get it the last place I'd want to go with a partner is the gym!!
  • Today wasn't one of my best - I ate almost a whole bag of Haribo but other than that it was all good. :D

    B. Greek Yoghurt (1) with half teaspoon manuka (0.5) and a chopped banana
    L. Tuna, pasta salad including a teaspoon mayo (1)
    D. 2 x Skinny Sausages (5), grilled toms, Baked Beans and SW Homity 'pie' recipe (3) which I tweaked a bit. I fried it off in frying pan a la bubble & squeak and put under the grill to brown the top rather than baked in oven. I halved the cheese to cut down on syns and accidentally forgot the eggs but was still blooming luvverly.

    It's the weekend already!

    Pity-party alert :o

I had a horrible experience this morning. Someone I'd only just met started talking about people she knew being overweight. I wondered if she'd mentioned it because I'm overweight as it wasn't relevant to the conversation, but gave her the benefit of the doubt. However, she came back to me a bit later & apologised for talking about people being overweight & then telling me there wasn't anything wrong with me & she didn't want me thinking she was talking about people being overweight because I was overweight, because I wasn't!! Talk about digging herself a hole :( I was mortified & couldn't wait to get home & have a good cry :(

Anyway, just needed to get that out :o, pity party over now...

    Green day:

B - branflakes (HEB1), raspberries, blueberries, Greek yoghurt (3.5 syns)
L - Jacket potato, cottage cheese, salad, cheese cubes (1/2 HEA1), boiled egg.
D - HM veggie pasta, grated cheese (1/2 HEA1), salad, wholemeal pitta (HEB2). Fresh pineapple

No wine or haggis crisps for me tonight, I'm doing penance for my gain on Monday :o

Tweets, well done on getting your first stone off :T shell belle well done on your 3lbs off :T
