Carmen, your menu looks good but assuming it's a free yogurt, where are your syns?[/QUOTE]

    Wow, these pages are flying!

Maman, it was just plain FF. I remember Muller lite being free and loving them is that still the case?
I'm not to sure about syns can someone please refresh my memory?

Good day today, was quite busy so not too much thought given to food (never thought I would say those words ;))

    B...Fruit salad
L...Ryvita with tomato, fennel, spring onion and lambs lettuce salad
Dinner....Jacket potatoes, Quorn sausages and salad.
    S....Carrot & Coriander soup,HM.

Well done to all the losers and if you are having difficulties then tomorrow is another day :)

:T on your stone award tweets.

Good to see you posting again lantanna. 'That Man' seems to have been more trouble than he's worth. Move forward.:)

Get you with the pink shoes mildredd.:D

Thank you again, everyone for keeping me on track :D.
If people can comment on my menu (for the 3rd day in a row icon_rolleyes.gif),I would appreciate it.Then I will stop nagging :rotfl:.
    .

You're menu looks fine saver-upper, please keep posting it as it's far better to find out and it's certainly not nagging. Sorry about the SF/SS confusion but I think the quotes given cleared it up.

I think the questions about tinned fruit/veg and mashed fruit/veg. tweaking etc are tricky. Mostly the answers are around being able to eat more than you would if you ate the food 'whole' but while I can see that for orange juice it doesn't really hold for tinned fruit which you can have as a HEX anyway!! I'm convinced that SW doesn't want us to understand just follow blindly and that infuriates me.

No problem Carmen. You're allowed up to 15 syns a day (or many of us work from a syn bank of 105 a week and subtract from that to allow for daily fluctuation). Syns are there to stop you feeling deprived and make the plan more like 'normal' eating. It's best to have them all and, if necessary, cut down a bit if weightloss slows. Just ask if you want to know the syn value of something and we can look it up.

Basic FF yogurt is generally free (we'd need the brand to be sure). The vast majority of Mullerllght yogurts (but not desserts) are free although the odd flavour is one syn.

I had lunch out and not SW friendly at all but I did pass on puddings which everyone else had. Felt very bloated and sleepy afterwards and all I've had since was an apple. Same old, same old tomorrow. SW through the day then birthday party in the evening so at mercy of buffet.:(
  • Slimwriter I've bought the multipacks in asda and morrisons before x
(And sainsburys and tescos come to think of it) come to think of it cadburys multipack bars are always on offer somewhere - seen them in the cheaper £1 shops and Iceland / home and bargains /b&m come to think of it :)

    Morning!

Janie, you'll be fine! Getting back in your normal routine will help anyway, it's easy to get off plan on holiday ;)

Hugs Beanie, hope you have a nice break.

Carmen, it seems that most people on here use syns for chocolate and/or wine :D You do need to work some in though as otherwise you'll start feeling deprived of the good stuff!

Right, new day, new attitude. Bread is all gone now (hubby used the last of it, I haven't eaten anything bad since the lovely tweets gave me that kick!). Branflakes to eat shortly, roll and salad for lunch, the rest of the casserole for dinner. That and coffee will cover my HEX foods, syns will be a bit of butter, choc & orange hi-fi bar, maybe something else if I get peckish.

Am I the only one eating activia yogs not the muller ones?! I bought the lemon & lime ones last shop and they are lovely!

Need to be on it for the rest of the week. I'm 6lb above another stone barrier. I've promised hubby (not for my own benefit of course ;)) that once I get past it we will have a pizza. However, we are home this weekend, a long weekend at the seaside the week after, and my baby's Christening the week after that.

    Must be good....!
