Thanks Saver-Upper, I really am confused, I thought mushy peas were like the god of SW lol :D and that's why people were eating mushy pea curry? If they're not, I'm confused why people just don't eat chicken/quorn curry lol :D:D
Started SW on 18 August 2014 - Total Weight Loss 12 lbs :T
    Autumn Challenge - 11 lbs /14 :T
  • Never having been a fan of mushy peas,I am sure someone will be along-it may be a different ingredient in the MP curry that has the weight-loss effect.There is a few mysteries in the SW plan;
-why is a banana free, unless you mash it,then you have to syn it
-why doesn't potato (free),need synning when you mash that?
-why are tinned veges free, but tinned fruit, even if in water/unsweetened stuff, not?
-some tweeks,eg (and this is the first example ever given to our group, when we got a new leader, about 2 years after I started going),why is an uncooked dry pasta sheet free, but if you flavour and cook it to make a "crisp",it should be synned

Somehow the SW programme still works...........

And I thought Muller lights yogurts were god icon_eek.gif

I think it's the difference between superfree and superspeed that is confusing me... Mushy peas are on the superspeed list, which is, I presume, why the curry is lauded, so I thought if I had that with dinner, it was better than superfree, but maybe not? :D

    Avocado's confuse me too :D
And I thought Muller lights yogurts were god

    This made me lol :D

    Morning all :)

I was really missing crusty white bread :o

    :(

This is the only thing that really does my head in when I'm eating right. I buy fresh, crusty bread for hubby every week and the smell drives me crazy. I almost salivate! I don't give in to temptation though, even though it nearly kills me.
    Start weight 13st10 (on 06/07/14) - 1st Goal 11st9 (by 14/12/14 - 23 weeks)

  • My name is Lioness Twinkletoes and I have sinned.

I had a fresh cream strawberry tart. 16.5 Syns  So. Bloody. Worth. It.

On the plus side I didn't have HEX B this morning so don't have to Syn my bread. Am having sausages though, which are 2 each. So Syn total today will about 21.

Welcome back to us Lantanna. Sorry you've been feeling rejected, but you are always welcome here and to have a moan about things if you need x

    Well done Tweets :T

Slimwriter, I have no idea how you can resist! I only manage because hubby prefers wholemeal bread so we haven't had white in the house since I started SW (except for the tiny loaf out the bakery that jumped in with my shopping on Tuesday).

That line I drew earlier... I crossed it. With more white bread all toasted with butter on... and some cake covered in royal icing... and some kettle chips...

Somebody please give me a virtual kick up the !!!!

Dinner is healthy and on plan, thank goodness.

Oh well done to you for buying it for OH and resisting. I couldn't be that good, he would have to go without or get his hand snatched off. First thing I am going to do when I get to target is buy a tiger bagette and scoff it all.
