    Welcome Carmen...:D

Tweets - i'll go and have a look at the link - it's just the one that gets copied over each time so it may have broken somewhere along the way - thanks for the heads up!

Meg - meals look lovely - can you set up a service where you make our meals and send them to us do you think? ;)

I'm right off track again today, OH took me out for lunch... and tomorrow we're taking the MIL out for lunch so another meal of naughtiness. Yes, I know I could have salad but I refuse to pay £10 for a bit of meat and some salad leaves.. and we rarely go out to eat so I like to have some I really enjoy...

I've put on the 1.5lbs I lost last week so i'm back at the start of my challenge but i'm ok with that.

I've picked up everyone's results to here.. :T:T well done all of you for sticking with it, whether we go up or down, we'll get there eventually!!! xxx
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

Oh,everyone is doing soooooo well, and sounding very positive. It is wonderful to see :j.

So,Day 2 of really trying to knuckle down to frees, superfrees, and dividing my plate into fractions .Please tell me what people think:

    Breakfast:5-6 strawberries,5-6 raspberries,followed by 2 slices bacon,2 eggs,3 cocktail tomatoes

Lunch:vegetable curry (potato, onion, cauliflower, carrots, garlic, green beans) with rice
    large slice honeydew melon

    Afternoon:coconut Greek yoghurt (1/2 syn),1 apple

Tea:gammon,1 egg, lots of butternut squash, couple pieces brocolli,4 miniature new potatos.
Not a pea or corn kernel in sight :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Dessert:frutopolis yoghurt (1/2 syn:cannot believe that much yummy-ness can fit into half a syn :rotfl:)

    In-front of the television snack:1 Alpen bar (because we've run out,so couldn't have 2 for HEB).Might therefore be 3 syns 017.gif.
    Also a Tunnocks tea-cake (5.5 syns)

pink poppy yesterday I had 2 Alpen light bars as my HEB.(And it is lovely to have you back :))

maman I didn't any have room for syns yesterday .It will help towards a meal I am going out for this Friday night. The curse of having my birthday 2 days before my son is that we go out for 2 birthday meals in 7-10 days

In the cupboard I do have a Hi-Fi bar.If I could possible have found room in my tummy, would that, with the Alpen bar count that as a HEB?The couple of consultants my group has had have always discouraged "splitting" of HE's,but is that how you would do it?

By the end of the day I will have had 350ml skimmed milk.
    SPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76
    Pinecone £301,Valued Opinions £10.50

I was at footie training (again) this evening so jackets or chips are a no go, by the time I get home it's 7, so to then heat an oven etc would be tooooo late for 9 year old to eat :D Rice in the microwave things are actually perfect, and to be fair the pilau I had tonight was really quite nice, I'm happy with the 2.5 syns for something that yum :D

Someone reminded us last week that McCain microwaveable jackets are only half a syn each! Might be worth buying in for days you're in a rush.:)

Well done on losing the corn!! I think it's quite common to split HEXs like 1 Weetabix and 1 slice of toast. So you're fine with 1 Alpen and 1 Hi-Fi (provided it's the Light Hi-Fi you can have 2 of).

Carmen, your menu looks good but assuming it's a free yogurt, where are your syns?

Saver-upper your menu looks lovely. Loads of super free and free foods. FYI I have discovered that petit pois come under the heading of pulses and are healthy, super-speed and high in fibre - so fill your boots!

Realised that I calculated my Syns wrong yesterday. My Alpen bar was my B choice, so no Syns for that, taking it down to 5.

    Menu for today:

B - Fruit (getting low on fruit) and yoghurt. Sultana bran and milk (A & B)
L - Bolognese sauce with pasta
D - Steak and salad I think. Or beans and poached egg on toast (which will be 5 Syns for the bread)

    Snacks - Fruitopolis

    Syn total - 5

Ooh I've never had a microwave potato? I'm scared but fascinated lol :D I don't think I even knew there was such a thing, I shall have to investigate :D

Shala it's a 2.5 lb loss for me wahoooooooooooo I am so chuffed!

I really wasn't sure whether SW would work for me, because of my tummy troubles and lack of exercise due to disability but wahooooooo if it can work for me, it can work for anyone :T :T

    So today is:

    B: Toast & marmite, flora light (1/2)
L: The other half of piri piri chicken cous cous with courgettes, peppers, onions, mushrooms (1)
S: Melon (and probs something else but don't know what yet)
D: Slow cooked ham, SW chips, fry lighted fried egg, mushy peas & mushrooms.
S: Muller light and maybe a coco pops cereal bar if I feel like it (think they're about 4 or 5 but will check).

    Morning all :)

    ________________________________________________

^^^^^ line being drawn under yesterday :o I was really missing crusty white bread :o

Out for lunch with a friend today but they do jackets so will be okay on plan. Quorn sausage and veg casserole for dinner. I made it yesterday and had it for tea but it will taste more lovely tonight.

Well done to all with losses :T and welcome Carmen. There's quite a few veggies on here and it's easy to do SW with no meat.

Oh, those puddings, I'm sure it was a joke but please don't feed them to the animals! Chocolate is really bad for cats and dogs, especially dogs. Not very much can poison them :(
