5 syns seems a bit high considering both pots say 99 calories. I know one is low-fat & the other fat-free, but  I don't understand the logic.

I tried the mullerlight one (after dinner mint) on Monday (when I was trying to be sensible) & it was ok, but I always find there's a taste in the background with mullerlights that I don't like so won't be having it again.

meg, your meals for today looks yummy, I do love a bit of food !!!!!!!! :rotfl:

Sorry to act thick is George's the chippy ?

I will then look in my book :)
  • eh...flying visit. I see lots of losses and hard work.
Everything has gone boob-up at the minute - another 'work related' weekend away coming, so busy all week trying to catch up with what I don't get done. As a result planning has gone out the window, I'll be greatful for a STS at WI. :/ Hope everyone is ok. Latanna - you've already won in your competition - everyone else doesn't realise it. :)

Why not have chips or a jacket with your chilli mupelle? Not sure what sort of crispbread you can eat but Melba toasts are 0.5 syn each and rice cakes and basic Ryvita type are about 1.5. Of course, you can have some of them as HEB too.

Thanks!! Melba toasts are PERFECT, I know I can eat them, basically the lower fibre the better, awkwardly, for me! :D I can eat a couple of Ryvita a week, but no more than that probs :D

I was at footie training (again) this evening so jackets or chips are a no go, by the time I get home it's 7, so to then heat an oven etc would be tooooo late for 9 year old to eat :D Rice in the microwave things are actually perfect, and to be fair the pilau I had tonight was really quite nice, I'm happy with the 2.5 syns for something that yum :D

Thanks again for the advice, you're so helpful :D

Meg I'm fascinated by all your meals ready, do you get them ready in the morning for the whole day? :D

Edit: I can't work out what's stretching the board - but it's sure to say the board needs to go on the chart as a weight gain this week :D:D #fatboard ;)

Yes its something I have decided to do as I am hopeless at planning so if I get them ready then I can see whats what and
either add more veg or swap things around. Also by sticking to fruit and yogurt for breakie, salad for lunch and cheese and crackers for HE I only have to think of what to have for dinner.

The chilli I did last night as I like to leave it for the favour to develop. It made made 4 portions so I have plated it up and put in freezer. Planning a lazy week when I have enough can just then ping the plate. :rotfl: Aww smilies not working again.

They are dark rye ryvitas, my favourite. You can have 4 and 5 laughing cow light triangle and I sometimes add pickled beetroot and gerkins and a couple of cherry tomatos, makes a little feast
    before bed.
