:T Yay, I got my smilies back too, thank you!!
I'll try again later but it didn't work for me.:( I can only get smilies through cut and paste.
The Oxo and Worcestershire sauce are fine on Green poppy. I've never had the curry yet but always buy my mushy peas in Aldi @ 16p, about the same price as Tesco etc.
Good to see you over here Carmen. Are you planning to go to a group?:)

Morning all!
Green Day today:
B: GF cereal(B1) with BD milk. Tea with BD milk (A1)
L: Speed soup. Pineapple. Tea with BD milk.SW fried egg, SW chips & beans. Slice of Toast (B2). Tea with BD milk.
BM: 30 min Callanetics.
Housegroup starts again tonight and we're having a bring & share supper. I've made the Rhubarb & Ginger slices and am going to do a bowl of rice salad to take. Hopefully I will have one of the Rhubarb & Ginger slices as my treat tonight, so that will be my syns today.
By the way I had a small taste whilst making the slices and they are delicious, will be making them again and may tweak the flavourings i.e apple & cinnamon or other fruit flavours.Weight loss 0/2st

I'm here!
Just been caught up in man trouble & interviews! Neither of which have had a happy outcome ha ha
Well went to WOTY N.I final on sunday. What a strange day it was really. I didn't win and the two ladies that were picked from NI to go forward to England had unbelievable tales and losses of over 10 stone each.
Most bizarre day - not really sure what I think of it all really. Lots of tears, lots of mental health issues, tragic stories. : (
Think its sent me into a negative spin for the week. Haven't really been on plan all week - having a week off and a week off from class too
Hope all you lovely people are doing well0 -
Mushy pea curry _pale_
Pea & ham soup using mushy peas sounds yum!! Please can you share your recipe, just the two of us, I've googled & there's a few variations out there.
maman, I get the Ald1 mushy peas & they're lovely, I'm having them tonight with the Quorn cottage pie. Thanks for confirming the oxo & Worcestershire sauce are ok on green
Btw, did everyone (but me) know that you can buy frozen mushy peas?! I learn something new every day!! :rotfl:
lantanna, sorry you didn't win WOTY, but what an achievement to be nominated in the first place. Hope you manage to move away from the negative spin & get back into a positive frame of mind, we are all here for you.'A watched potato will never chit'...0 -
Hi, i lost 1lb at weigh in this morning. Yay!

Thanks Maman, It will be difficult for me to get to a group so I plan to take inspiration from this thread. With my past knowledge of SW (many moons ago) and vegetarians being non existent:( I tended to plod along on my own. I have noticed many veggie options posted here :T
Thanks Tweets

Pink poppy, frozen mushy peas are so much easier.
Do the tinned, dried and frozen have the same 'value'?

Hellooooo
Well done for the WI ins and losses
I tried to find the mushy pea curry on SW recipes but didn't, does anyone know where i can find it? Sounds yum, I'm a big fan of a takka daal (sp?) is it like that?
Today... tum still a bit irritated but I think I've worked out what it is, it's the corn thins - which would make sense as popcorn also irritates it.... so has anyone got any suggestions for low syn crispbread (Finns also irritates).
B: Toast, marmite, flora light (1/2)
L: Cous Cous, piri piri chicken M&S half a pack (1) courgettes, mushroo ms, peppers, onion, celery.
S: Small drifter bar (5)Chilli made with pork mince & loads of added veg and half a packet of Tilda Pilau (2.5) only using that because I've run out of normal rice!!
Because I'd run out of normal rice, I thought ooh maybe I'll treat myself and have a wrap with my chilli (it's what the boys are having) OMGEEEEE 9 syns :O :O :O they're not that nice!Started SW on 18 August 2014 - Total Weight Loss 12 lbs :T
