There has been some great losses over the last few days, gang.
Thank you everyone for all your advice today.
At group last night the talk was the new member's talk about the "basics" of the SW plan.My weight had stayed the same this week, and I know I don't always follow the plan perfectly(mostly to do with following the 1/3 super-free.)So,with last night's talk still in my head, and really wanting to knuckle down,I thought I'd better get more serious.

This was my menu today. Please tell me how it looks (and I really don't think I could have eaten any more...........)

    Before breakfast:1 apple
Breakfast: 2 slices bacon,2 poached egg, just under 1/2 tin beans
    Mid-morning:a raw carrot
Lunch:huge bowl chicken-a-leekie soup(chicken, leaks, carrot, onion),followed by 2 raw tomatoes (cocktail tomatoes, had never seen those before.Bigger than plum/cherry/roma tomatoes, not as big as normal tomato)
    Tea:vegetable curry,ie potato,cauliflower,green beans,carrot,onion,garlic,served with rice
    Evening snack:2 Alpen bars.

Throughout day,had 300ml skimmed milk, will no doubt have the last 50ml in my tea before the day is through.

    Any feedback welcome x
