You're right Carmen, there are lots of people eating veggie on here and as you have all the basics you should be fine. Just ask any questions you want.:)Today... tum still a bit irritated but I think I've worked out what it is, it's the corn thins - which would make sense as popcorn also irritates it.... so has anyone got any suggestions for low syn crispbread (Finns also irritates).
Because I'd run out of normal rice, I thought ooh maybe I'll treat myself and have a wrap with my chilli (it's what the boys are having) OMGEEEEE 9 syns :O :O :O they're not that nice!
Why not have chips or a jacket with your chilli mupelle? Not sure what sort of crispbread you can eat but Melba toasts are 0.5 syn each and rice cakes and basic Ryvita type are about 1.5. Of course, you can have some of them as HEB too.

L: HM lentil and veg soupgammon, SW chips, runner beans, tomatoes, mushrooms
Syns: squirt of syrup and maybe some spread on beans later0 -
Phew just sat down for the first time today.

Had banana for brekkie (not hungry), lunch 2 bowls of ss soup and large bowl of fruit with ff yoghurt. Tea is hm salmon fishcakes, potatoes and large salad. Will use up hexs for supper - will decide later.

Not sure I'd like minty yogurt!
Well I've been away and I have to confess to a 1lb gain. Actually I'd forgotten to take my medication with me and on last morning it was a 3lb gain. I didn't think I'd misbehaved to that extent! One day back on tablets and phew!!!!
However, it's not going to be easy over the next few days as we have friends visiting from Australia and we'll be off sightseeing (and eating out lots). I'll just have to cross my fingers (or chop them off so I can't pick anything up!)
