Hi all
Rewighed this morning wearing a dress not jeans and after 3 days of mushy pea curry and I've lost that extra 1lb I'd put on, but no more - so am back to 10st 11lb now. So shala, please could you update the chart to say STS?

Welcome Carmen...:D
Tweets - i'll go and have a look at the link - it's just the one that gets copied over each time so it may have broken somewhere along the way - thanks for the heads up!
Meg - meals look lovely - can you set up a service where you make our meals and send them to us do you think?
I'm right off track again today, OH took me out for lunch... and tomorrow we're taking the MIL out for lunch so another meal of naughtiness. Yes, I know I could have salad but I refuse to pay £10 for a bit of meat and some salad leaves.. and we rarely go out to eat so I like to have some I really enjoy...
I've put on the 1.5lbs I lost last week so i'm back at the start of my challenge but i'm ok with that.
I've picked up everyone's results to here.. :T:T well done all of you for sticking with it, whether we go up or down, we'll get there eventually!!! xxx
Ohh Shala I would love to send them to all of you. I get really fed up sometimes just cooking for one.Slimming World at target0 -

Knowing me the organisation wont last long but I am enjoying it at the moment.

Morning. Woke up with a migraine, have taken painkillers & had breakfast and it has gone, thank goodness. I'm thinking perhaps low blood sugar was the cause.
Did really well at housegroup last night, had a tablespoon of chicken pasta, rice salad and green salad, followed by 2 of my rhubarb & ginger slices, so only 4 syns the whole evening
Red Day:
B: GF cereal (B1), BD milk (A1). Tea with milk.
L: Speed soup (B2), small slice of baguette (2) Pineapple. Tea with milk.Chicken breast wrapped in bacon & sprinkled with cheese (A2), SW celeriac chips, sprouts & carrots. 2 x rhubarb & ginger slice (4). Tea with milk.
S: Cocoa with milk.
Lantanna So sorry you didn't get the job, I know you really wanted it, but it is their loss not yours. You are a really lovely, helpful, caring person and I'm sure you will find something soon.Weight loss 0/2st

I do mine in the SC and I find it seems to carry on marinating even in the freezer. I never eat it the same day as cooking.
:Tmore good losses. mupelle, it definitely can work without exercise. Looking at meg's dinner, do you think you could add tomatoes or maybe fried onions to your dinner? Your lunch looks fine but I don't think the melon and mushrooms will be enough SF to cover a third of dinner and breakfast IYSWIM.
I've had my SW breakfast (HEA &but I'm out for lunch with friends. It'll probably involve an off plan meal.:o

Great pics Meg I never thought I'd ever have Ryvita envy. There's still time as I haven't had my HexB today.
I made huge batch of SW Chicken Curry tonight, which seemed like a good idea when I started but by the time it was done it was getting really late and I really couldn't be bothered with any SFs or sides to go with it. I did make it slightly more veggiefied with loads of onions and an extra tin of toms in place of stock.
B. Greek Yog (1) & frozen Raspberries
L. Chicken and pasta salad with teaspoon mayo (1)
D. SW Classic Chicken Curry and more than half pack of Basmati rice (1.5)
S. Apple
Haven't had much syns or HexB - so may have something before I go to bed.Mortgage

Me too... Shhhhh if we don't tell anyone it won't count
Lovely meals again meg :T they really inspire me..
Well OH has gone to the gym so I decided to do a workout - HIT and some weights... I was absolutely sweating, it's vile  I had the cat staring at me all through as well, little b*gger!!
Bit scared doing these sort of workouts will slow down my losses (when I start having them:p) but won't know unless we try will we.. To be fair if I manage one workout a week it'll be a miracle!!Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Hi all you lovely losers:D well kitchen not quite ready, lovely new oven was installed and discovered faulty:mad: so replacement arriving Saturday so fingers crossed back to 'proper' food and cooking by Monday.
It's been a long haul but I'm delighted, stunned even, to discover I've only put 2lb on over the last three weeks!!
Only caught the last few posts but loved the food pics Meg72, that's organisation! Very inspirational too.
Off for a quick catch up x0
