I have to say, I only got the lighter than light when I started SW, I've always had lighter, as long as I can remember but really can't tell the difference, this is absolutely fine
Mind you, I don't know about anyone else but I am appreciating food SO MUCH more, finding everything yummier... I just had a mini chocolate doughnut (3) from one of those bags from Tesco (I'm lucky in that I've always been the sort of person that can just have one) and I nearly died of happiness :rotfl:Started SW on 18 August 2014 - Total Weight Loss 12 lbs :T
Autumn Challenge - 11 lbs /14 :T0 -
I've just been to the Co-op and they've got mini packs of chocolate for £1 i.e. 1 pack = 3 mini flakes or 3 mini crunchies or 3 mini Twirls. There might have been others but I was only interested in the Twirls. Mini Twirl = 91kcals per finger. That's enough of a chocolate fix for me so 1 pack of 3x2 fingers should last a week. Amazing to think I used to enjoy eating a family share bag of chocolate everyday! Anyway, gotta love the Co-op.Start weight 13st10 (on 06/07/14) - 1st Goal 11st9 (by 14/12/14 - 23 weeks)
