I have never in my life heard of anyone putting vinegar on a salad!!!! I must try this now lol.
I feel the need now to discuss my gym kit too - I have black trainers & bright purple ones!!! Sometimes I am very co - ordinated - other times less so. I have been known to wear my Tony the Tiger Frosties t shirt at time lol.
Shala do not worry about anybody else - my gym is a council one and is a total mix of people - not too many posers and most people are too busy worrying about what they look like to worry about anybody else!!
Had the Chinese - bought a size 10 top & trousers in exhibit last night so felt it was justified.
If you are exercising a fair bit like me and not really losing weight - keep trying on clothes as I think that you def get to a stage where your body stops losing weight and you lose inches.
My body fat is 27 % which is good apparently! Get me lol - good at something :rotfl:
So happy to see Friday and the end of a peculiar week - onwards and upwards now!!!! Gyming and out for a few drinks with friends this weekend - other than that doing nothing else but the obligatory cleaning and relaxing.
Treated myself to some sea bass last night - get me on a fish adventure - just have to work out what to do with him now!!! : )0 -
Lantanna you have grade a norks
And I have cracking norks?
According to some wollyheads
Oooh you sound coordinated Lantanna x
To add - my coat was feeling a bit too snug the other week - today it feels a bit loose so I know I've slimmed a bit but I know it won't be a massive weight loss as its down to exercise
I have like 70 syns for the weekendthis makes me happy indeed

The sugar will actually make a massive difference!!!!!!
It is the devil in our diets apparently!!!!
I try to buy reduced sugar everything where possible - baked beans are scandalous!
Norks is a new one on me but definitely a word I will be using!
I'm in the mood for the steam room now after all this talk of it.
Think I need a good film tonight after the gym - of the non romantic nature lol
Our group are doing this 100 day to Christmas challenge thing so I've pledged to go to the gym at least 4 times a week and do one additional exercise class.0 -

I love it in there though I don't love all the sweaty big men in there grunting though
I'm really selling my gym aren't I
Norks is a great word

I had to look it up in the UrbanDictionary.

Morning all, great to hear all the positive chat.
I've been having laptop probs for a few weeks now and yesterday I finally bit the bullet and took it back to factory settings. I thought I'd saved all my files beforehand but unfortunately I seem to have lost my Rhubarb & Ginger bar recipe. I forget who originally posted it, I've looked on the recipe thread and its not there, so if anyone else has it could they please either re-post the recipe or post a link to it. I remember it came with other rhubarb recipes such as rhubarb tiramisu.

Morning everyone
Sitting at work writing my shopping list (ssshhhh:D) sooooo excited to be filling up my lovely new cupboards and fridge freezer. Flicking through the new SW mag getting some ideas.
DS2 has requested steak pie, potatoes and turnip for first dinner cooked on Monday:rotfl: Hate steak pie with a passion so something different for me.
Lantanna - saw post about vinegar on salad?? I add a dash of red wine vinegar to mine and toss and it's gorgeous, lovely and fruity. Makes a wee change from balsamic.
Wish I could bottle this enthusiasm! Have a good weekend all x0
