Pink Poppy we're all allowed a pity party sometimes
Bless you x
Lantanna - the kissing people in the gym? In my experience not always couples >.< Affair central!
Feeling a bit dodgy at mo, both physically and emotionally, so very chuffed with myself for having stuck to plan ALL week, and some days having only 6 syns
Today:
B: Toast, Marmite, flora light (1/2)
S: Mullerlight, banana at work
L: Rice, mackerel, waterchestnuts, mushrooms, onions, peppers and shredded omelette cooked in soy, garlic & chilli- don't ask me what this is but it was quite niceFish & Chips (sw) mushy peas, salad.
s: VODKA.... IT'S DA WEEKEND(7.5)
I'm getting a lot of headaches at the mo, some of me thinks my blood sugar might be dipping too low but not sure, anyone else experienced this? obviously more fruit is the answer, but I can't do fruit v much, I can do strawberries or grapes, melon or banana and only like a palmful and only probs one lot a day...

Sending you a big hug poppy, although that woman sounds very strange. Definitely a case of foot in mouth disease. Use it to motivate yourself, you won't be overweight for too much longer. You're on the case!
Well done shell! Good loss. be back soon.
I've been good so far:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk for teas
L: JP with cottage cheese, spring onions and beetroot
BUT...out at birthday party tonight so at the mercy of the buffet.0 -

Thank you for the syn tips, crisps and nuts are my weakness Crabapple
The yogurt was Activa Maman.
Can you please tell me the syns for cottage cheese? The normal plain one not the low fat.
I remember buying some lovely crackers from Lidl, I cannot remember the name but they are about 3"x2" come in two sachets about 20 in each. If anybody is familiar with these could you please tell me if they are synful?
B...Shredded wheat+milk
L... Scrambled eggs (2) tomato and beetroot
D... Couscous with roasted veg and fruit salad.
S...maybe some HM leek soup?
I cannot find where grapes come into this regime! I have loads on my grapevine and would hate to give them ALL away!

Although grapes are superfree I do limit them as found they go down so well could easily snack on a punnet, and following Mamons advice veggies get a better result.
ff is fast forward and its totally different, you only use it when you are absolutely stuck and your consultant suggests it you are given so many units, no free food and no syns, its hard and only meant to be for week.Slimming World at target0 -
Thank you M&M, the cottage would be either of these ones

I don't like the low fat version especially if it has added 'bits'.
I am happy to change to a different brand, but as it's the only'cheese' that I eat I would prefer a normal version, can I use it as a syn?
Meg, I know what you are saying about grapes, I shall kerb them.
I can eat fruit until the cows come home.
I have been routing through my drawers..Ooh matron and found two SW books, they must be about fifteen yrs old  One is titled Food Optimising and the other Free Branded Food, Safeway is in the book! I'm sure SW have made a few changes in the last fifteen yrs so maybe I shall check if I have any doubts.
I cannot find the recipe page here any help please?

These are all the Asda cottage cheese it lists, as you can see some of them are free and some aren't even the full fat ones I think? And yes, if you use it, you can use it as a syn
Perhaps you could get the smart value one though, as it's free

I think you will need to be careful with the old books, as from my understanding Extra Easy wouldn't have been about then, are you doing extra easy or red & green? xxStarted SW on 18 August 2014 - Total Weight Loss 12 lbs :T

I have had a good start to the day.Oh,I do hope this weekend is not going to undo all my good work this week.
Brekky:2 slices wholemeal toast,marg (1teasp),Marmite
large slice honeydew melon
Lunch:salad, similar but not identical to yesterday's- ham,carrot,cucumber,1 egg,red pepper,4 cocktail tomatoes, beetroot, lettuce, couple bits of onion, tablespoon of mayo.Sooo many lovely combinations of flavours to be had there, though when I picked up my 12yo from school about 1/2 hour later, she said the car smelt like onion .So went home and brushed my teeth before going out to collect my other kids.
Was out for tea tonight, ate far too many syns.I hope I have been good enough this week to limit the damage.
This will be the second Monday weigh-in in a row that follows an all-you-can-eat meal on the Friday.Looking forward to all these birthdays being out of the way (son's on Tue,mine Sunday).
Tea tonight included bits of everything:satay chicken and fried rice, chicken korma and pilau rice, duck pancakes with lots of sauce, onion rings, crumble and custard for dessert.............................
I thought that might be it for the weekend (cos I am not going to stay for fish and chips when we visit inlaws' tomorrow),but then tonight OH started mumbling something about going out for breakfast at Frankie and Bennies on Sunday.I am sure their bacon and eggs won't be cooked using Frylight :rotfl::rotfl:.We've never gone out for breakfast in the 15.5 years we have been together .SPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76
