    I do have quite a lot in! It does have to last me as long as possible though, feed 5 of us and I have no idea whT to put with what.
    I am also posting it on my thread over in OS as the members are helping me to change my lifestyle( back story, feel free to pop over and have a read :)

    Well done to everyone who has lost :T Some fab losses this week.

    I had 3 days off-plan (1 planned & 2 gratuitous) which led to a shameful 4lbs on this morning :o

    Tried to jump back on the wagon today but have failed miserably. And on that note, shala, can you remove my name from the challenge list, please.

    If I was you I would WI tomorrow and start again on SW and keep your weight STS on shala's list this week .

    Aww,pink poppy please don't go.You are wonderful to have on this thread.We would miss you.I love reading your posts. (I personally spent time looking for all your posts on here because you had mentioned potato skins,and I hoped there was a recipe for them.Not stalker-ish,honest :)).

    did anyone else receive a spam private message? something about supersaver points and signing up 5 people? I have reported it but a bit scary, never had this before?

    Lunch went well, was great catching up with my friend and we didn't have any pudding or chips, choose little potatoes instead and the portions weren't very big so I think I am ok syn wise.
    I had a big salad for tea, lots of superfree

    Yeah come on pink poppy, I have made that mistake, left a few times cause I kept going off plan. Not good. We'll support you. What can we do to help you?

    I got the pm too but I signed up to superpoints yesterday so ignored the pm.

    Loved my tea big portion mushy pea curry with loads broccoli . Will have a banana and a mullerlight yogurt later . My syns will be half a bag crisps. I share my crisps with my dog Poppy. ;)

    It was me who sent the private message. I sent one to people who post on this thread as I consider them my friends. I do Superpoints to earn extra pocket money and just thought I would try and get to a better earning level on there. I had received a similar private message from someone else and thought I would try the same. I apologise to anyone who I may have offended by doing this.
