Thanks Maman for the rice cake info. I will just syn them, I only bought the Kallo brand cause they were wholegrain just in case they were an HE, but now I know they aren't, I will get a cheaper brand like Aldi or Asda's own.
Been wanting to nibble all evening but resisted the chocolate in the fridge, If I had started it I wouldn't have stopped, so left well alone.
Another good day, look may it last. Going out for lunch tomorrow with a friend. Need to make a good choice.0 -

12 pages since I last posted, and I just can't catch up on that much so I'm just hoping that you are all ok??
Desperate to know how Lantana got on with the award?? Photos or clips form the paper anyone??
So I'm reporting a loss for week one of 7lb today please Shala Moo. Quite pleased with that I guess. Next week I'm hoping to be 16st something so fingers crossed for another 5lb for next Monday.
I feel I had a breakthrough moment this week. I went out with Mr Frog yesterday. We went to visit the new pup Norman. We were on the way home at 1pm and Mr Frog suggested a bag of chips. I panicked. But then I thought, no, a bag of chips for lunch as a special treat is what normal people would do. So I said yes please. There were a lot, so I only ate about half. Then when we got home I had tea as normal, and my evening bar of chocolate, but NO BINGEINGSo that is real progress. For me, once I've 'blown it' it was game over.
The next big hurdle will be not bingeing today. I normally fall apart on weigh day. I'm usually pleased with the result, but the reality of how much I actually weigh gets to me eventually. Got to focus on next Monday, and hope it's 16 something.
SO, do I get Slimmer of the Week?? I am the best so I'm bound to surely? It's not about a competition I know, it's about healthy life style change at a slow pace. But did I win? Shala? Where's my sticker? And my crown? Or sash?

Reporting a STS from an early Friday WI. I'm away again next weekend so my aim is to be monstrously good between here and there !

Morning everyone! So much to read back and sleep is just not happening here at the moment. My baby boy cut his first tooth over the weekend though so may explain why he's been so unwilling to sleep!
He tried it out on Sunday lunch, polishing off a load of broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, sausage & a pastry thing that DH had (I didn't eat the evil pastry, just the sausage!).
So congrats on the losses lovelies, especially Frogga. We will give you SOTW I'm sure, but you'll have to take a virtual award :staradmin:staradmin (closest thing I can find to anything suitable!).
And major well done on the Great North Run gbatey! Don't think I could run to the end of our road I'm that unfit!
Yesterday I think I was a bit over syns but haven't worked it out. Not totally off plan or anything, but wasn't as good as I could have been. So a little line under that

Thank you Tweets and MupElle, what are the board rules though? Will check them out, basically I just wanted ideas on what to cook with what I have in, minimum spending involved. I did get some great budget recipes upthread, so will be using them too

Ooh shiny new thread and challenge , I'm still currently on holibobs in Skiathos but know and feel that I have gained �� but it's a well earnt gain . Back on plan today after a cake filled weekend.
HE a skim milk
HE b hifi bar
B hifi and figs
L scrambled egg and b beans, banana
D garlic lime chicken and couscous with watercress (2syns)
BM 1hour walk with dogs
Snacks apple, raspberries maybe some sort of crisps this evening to use some syns up
