Evening all
Another week another weigh in. Mine will be tomorrow. Been very hungry today....this is what I've had:
B - Fruit (nectarine, banana, strawberries and red grapes) with FF Greek style Yeo Valley vanilla yoghurt (2)
L - Ham and egg salad with full fat salad cream (2.5)
Snack - 35g sultana bran with semi skimmed milk and a Muller Light Skinny Cappuccino yoghurt
D - Diet cola chicken with SW chips, broccoli, peas and sweetcorn. The chicken also had peppers, onions & leeks
Syns - 4.50 -
I made the SW falafels and the SW chickpea dahl loaf yesterday. The falafels were delicious, and I made 4 meals worth. Had the chickpea dahl loaf today with lunch, it was ok, but not amazing. Don't think I'd make it again, but glad I tried it.
I was on a training course today off site in the prison so it meant I could drink water to my hearts content as I wasn't 5 locked doors away from a loo with no keys!! :rotfl:* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *

Well,I am sort of relieved to have STS at weigh-in tonight, though I did think I would have lost a bit this week.Didn't think my night out on Friday was enough to not lose anything at all,but apparently is is.
At group tonight ,because there was sooooo many new members, the leader went through the newbie introduction with the whole group. It has inspired me to sit down with my books again tonight.Maybe pick up some new ideas. Will also have a closer look at the website over the next few days_I do use it everyday, but only to look up recipes.
If people don't mind,I will come back with a copy and paste of my menu for the last week, and will welcome any feedback.Thank you.SPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76

I've felt like complete rubbish today, tummy playing me up (not sure why) so I've not been great with super frees today BUT have stayed on plan so yay for that.
B: Toast, Marmite, Flora light (1/2)
L: Leftover couscous, veg and chicken from last night
S: 2 corn thins + seafood sticks, finger of fudge (5.5)(this is the crap bit ha ha) lf supernoodles, bacon & mushrooms
S: After dinner mint Mullerlight (omgeeee YUM)
My DS is playing football 5 times this week (yup really) (he's 9) I find it so hard to have decent dinners ready, when I'm at football, they've had chips again... We can have chilli and rice one day, if it was colder I could do a chicken stew in the slow cooker, basically anything that doesn't involve ovens or cooking for half an hour, or can be cooked up front, I must get my bottom in gear... I dunno, it's got to be something we all eat... Ignore me, I'm chuntering/rantingStarted SW on 18 August 2014 - Total Weight Loss 12 lbs :T
Autumn Challenge - 11 lbs /14 :T0 -
woohoo - 4 pounds for me this week. I know its my first week, and most of it is water etc etc, but hey - Im still happy!
Hope you're all having a great week xSealed Pot no 20110 -

Well I didn't get the spam so I'm offended because you didn't think we were friends enough to offend me!
Thanks for all the "well done Frogga" 's. I'm a bit miffed that I didn't get the sticker Beanie though I thank you for trying. I'm happy to accept cash though? Anyone? It may help my motivation so I think it's only fair?? I am SOTW you knowI do need some sort of reward???

What jumps out at me is the lack of fruit and veg. Most days you only hit five. Today I had 12!! I think you really need to increase these. When I cooked the diet cola chicken I added leeks, onions, carrots, mushrooms & peppers. Served it with peas, corn and broccoli. That's 8 in one meal. Add a salad for lunch and fruit for breakfast and it's easy to exceed 10 or 12.

That's quite a list Redcola and I can see plenty of SW friendly meals, but I see from old style that you only have £10 a week for food, for 5 people and that this will be the situation for a few months.
So I wouldn't be going to group or buying a countdown, advice is free on here
It is going to be very difficult for you to feed everyone let alone do SW.
You need to stretch what meat you have in as much as possible
You don't mention what you have in your fridge, so am hoping you have eggs. if not Iceland do 20 large ones for 1.60 a nd they are very nice.
Also how old are your children and is this to provide 3 meals a day for everyone, or do the kids get school lunch?
Sorry for all the questions but if we are to make suggestions we need to know.Slimming World at target0
