    Hiya :)

Well done mumoftwo, that's a brilliant loss, what did you do different this week?
    LL

I had a couple of "red/original" days. Not sure if that was it or just that I only lost a pound the week before. Who knows? Bodies and diets are weird :p will be interesting to see what the new "weight loss boosting" changes are (what our leader called them)

And me!! This will be my third week of NOT going to SW. I just got fed up as I wasn't losing any weight despite eating totally SW.

    Haven't heard from my consultant.

    That is bad.
They are supposed to at least text you.

    Afternoon all :)
Scales were kind again this morning- down another pound. Unfortunately I have developed a water infection so have been put on a course of antibiotics :( and I'm away at the weekend   only plus side I can think of is no alcohol so less syns! That's me sticking to Diet Coke or 7Up Free then :( however they will be finished by Saturday so I might have a drink with dinner on Sunday. It's just this week I badly need to lose and then I'll worry about Christmas later! Even if its just a pound it would be a start. My home scales are generally pretty close to group's and they're saying a 2.5lb loss which is good. And this week isn't over yet!!! ;)
    Today's menu plan:
B: HEXB Weetabix, with HEXA measured hot milk and one banana (usually have two- am trying to cut back on them!) pint of NAS
L: L/O five bean curry, jacket potato, one Laughing Cow Light triangle (1.5 syns) exotic fruit salad (mango, melon, pineapple, kiwi) pint of NAS
T: Asda healthier choices tagliatelle (2.5 syns) steamed sprouts, carrots, broccoli, cauli. Activia 0% peach yoghurt, pint of NAS
S: bag of cheese and onion Baked Stars (4.5 syns) Alpen Light bar (3 syns) can of Caffeine free Diet Pepsi.
    Syns: 11.5
Body magic: will go on bike later.
Must say I'm looking forward to these ready meals..!!!

    Hi all

Caught up on the thread. Have had a dreadful chest infection and sticking to plan has been the last thing on my mind. great to see so many doing so well. I don't know how but over the past couple of weeks I have managed to lose a 1lb so I am happy with that as I have been so off plan but there again I have had days where I have hardly eaten anything.

Looking forward to starting again after xmas as I am now on holiday from tomorrow pm and will not be back at work til the 5th Not planning to go majorly .overboard but will enjoy myself.

    Merry Christmas to everyone.

Didn't have breakfast this morning as it was WI but plenty of tasters after which meant I didn't need any lunch either!

I don't think I can get to group next week or the week after as DH needs the car to get to a clinic on Wednesdays for the next few weeks so I'm banking on you guys telling me all about the new plan as soon as you know what it entails!

I had breakfast and then lots of savoury tasters so didn't need lunch either.

I hope you don't miss out on the new books if you can't get there for a couple of weeks.

Good news that you seem to be losing again MrsR. I'm not sure if they meant all of them or just the tikka and sweet potato curry that we've seen already but talk was that the meals will be syn free. Also discussion about how much they might cost and we thought that Iceland don't do really expensive stuff and prices need to be comparable with WW which are often £1 or 3 for a fiver. Many were pleased that Iceland now do internet shopping with free delivery over £35. Good for heavy stuff.

My EE plan for the day:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, HEA milk, baked beans
L: grazed on free tasters at WI
D: liver, onions, mash, cauli, broccoli, peas, carrots
    Syns: gravy, scrape of spread

No withdrawal headache yet? I got terrible headaches when I stopped drinking diet Pepsi/coke.
