    Evening all

Didn't have a chance to post this morning, friends popped round to check on DH as he's not very well at the moment, then we went shopping.

Annie - great loss again, when did you start running, have you done it right from when you started SW?

Mrs R - have you asked your doctor if your medicines could be causing your weight gain? There may be an alternative drug that doesn't have that side effect?

Well done to all the losers this week, there are some great losses for this time of the year.

    Back tomorrow.

    LL :)
No Lois, I started walking when I started SW but began running about 13 weeks ago, I followed C25K and now run with a club, I've just signed up for my first 5 k in March and a 10k in May

    That Hairy Bikers looks scrummy.:)

Two things I like about the Ready Meals is the recipes going to be on the back of the box so we will be able to make it ourselves and they will be handy to have when you haven't the time to cook anything.. :)

I've got to be honest they've done well on the SW ready meal packaging, it looks very nice (bit like the packaging on the Iceland Takeaway range but that's red) but it's all about the taste isn't it..

Who's gonna be first to try them :rotfl:
