If anyone sees them before me, I'd love to know how much protein, fat and carbohydrates in each meal. The chicken tikka one is calling my name! When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0

That's really good to know.Evening all
Game on- I'm not giving up that easily!!!
And that's even better. Delighted to hear the positivity MrsR:T
I've been AWOL for a couple of days but caught up with all the posts. Unfortunately I've been out socialising and eating (and drinking:() far too much off plan. This always happens to me at this time of the year but this year seems worse than ever.
I'm definitely going to WI tomorrow as I want to know the arrangements for the next couple of weeks as my group's WI days are Christmas Day and New Year's Day. I want to hear it from the horse's mouth exactly when we can have the new packs in my group.
I'm fully expecting to be out of target range. I've got family round for Chinese on Saturday but otherwise hoping for a few 'good' days this side of Christmas.
:T to all you remarkable people who are still managing to lose despite festive provocation and commiserations to those, like me, who are struggling.0 -
Sorry to hear your struggling maman.. i think at this time of year we can only control the days/times we can.. positive vibes to you:D
I have last weigh in before xmas tonight  i'm hoping for a 1lb loss at least - sneaky weigh this morning shows i've lost some so as long as i don't stuff my face today i should be ok...
At the moment everyone at work seems to have given up healthy eating so i'm fending off trips to the chip shop, greggs, kfc and sandwich shops  quite proud i haven't caved yet :T
BEG - not sure what to call the new challenge, i'm rubbish with words so if anyone has any suggestions then go for it..
Have a good day peeps...Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
