Anyone know how much the ALDI hot chocolate sachets are? I've been paying 4 for a £1 on the Options ones.
Well it's weigh in tonight and our Christmas party! I made peppermint brownies for 1/2 syn each but I feel they're not special enough so am going to top them with melted peppermint aero as they seem ok but they have that sort of taste that its sweet but not sugar, which is what you get with 100g of sweetener I suppose0 -
Hi Ladies and Gents,
I am still reading and planning to rejoin group after the holidays. I am still coughing after 9 weeks, but it is my sinuses causing it.
I would like to wish you all a restful holiday season, and will be back to join you lovely lot in January.0 -
Does anybody else do a sneaky weigh in between meetings? I did this morning but there doesn't seem to be any movement. I'm thinking this probably isn't a very good mental strategy!
B - Greek muller (0.5), banana, clementine
S - Curly wurly (6)
L - Cauliflower cheese soup (2), half ham sandwich (HEB, 1 syn spread)
S - Clementine
D - Fish pie with cheese on top (HEA), peas, carrots. Sorbet (5)0 -
My tree is going up on Thursday night, this is the latest ever I have put it up. I do like looking at it when I get it up though, not sure why I'm totally disinterested this year!
Fully on plan today, gym Friday, Saturday, Monday, tonight & tomorrow night.
If I even see half a lb off I'll be delighted.
Mrs R could you return the jumper? There is nothing worse than feeling uncomfortable in clothes.
Can't return it sadlybought it months ago.
when I looked in the mirror at home it seemed ok but when I looked in the mirror at group I realised it looked awful
if I wear a load of shapewear underneath its ok but I can't wear my shapewear to group as it weighs too heavy and takes too much effort to get into :rotfl:

Just back from weigh in. Not sure how I did it, but I list 3 1/2 lbs this week. Also slimmer of the week which hasn't happened in a long time!
There was a taster also, I think I ate enough to ensure I won't be losing anything next week!:pWhen life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -

I weigh myself every morning and before I go to bed at least, I also often just go on the scales to see how my weight fluctuates. I also weigh myself before I go to group.0 -

They sound delicious jock but I know what you mean about the sweetness. I cannot really get away with SW desserts for this reason and would much rather a measured amount standard cake/biscuits/chocolate iykwim. Good luck for wi and enjoy the party.Hi Ladies and Gents,

Oh heck! I hope my cough and sore throat doesn't last 9 weeks. I feel so weak and I don't want to eat much 'cause it's sore, swallowing soup seems to be the easiest to get down. My sinuses feel like Theyr'e full of cotton wool. It' horrible I hope it clears up soon.. I hope no one else is suffering x0
