    Gained again.
Out of target and am going to have to adjust target to a weight I do not want to be. That will be nearly a stone gained in 6 months
I truly have no idea what more I can do. 100% on plan all week and loads of BM and still a gain.
Plus the Christmas jumper that I thought looked ok shows me up to be the fat lump I am
Mood very black and back pain from excessive exercise excruciating :(
    Sorry all xx

Hi this will be my Tuesday's menu plan...

    B. All bran flakes A/B. Strawberries, blueberries.

    Snack crumpet 6 Syns

    L. Veg and lentil soup, Apple.

Snack Alpen light bar 3 Syns

    D. Scrambled egg new potatoes beetroot.

    Supper satsuma

    A milk B cereal
    9 Syns
    Water....:D :T. Feeling a bit better.
There's no meat planned so it could easily be a Green day wiz. Then your Alpen could be a HEB (you could even have two!). Then syns could be used for something else and you could even have some cheese mixed into your scrambled eggs. :D

Well done losers and hugs to those in need, Keep the Faith all :A

Surely that's got to be a bit of a NSV tie. I think you're a star for plastering on that smile. :)

That's not like you at all MrsR you usually do well when you stay on plan. I wonder if changing medication is causing a problem. Let's wait and see how you get on with the new programme and see if that helps. It might suit you with the Iceland ready meals.:)

I was pleased with myself tonight. The only thing I ate from the buffet that was 'bad' was a small, white egg roll. Well half a roll really, sliced through. Everything else I ate was fruit or veg and a couple of cubes of cheese (from HEA). I even passed up some delicious marzipan stuffed dates.:(

Got visitors for lunch tomorrow. The meal is very SW friendly but the wine syns won't be.:D

I don't have a clue how I've lost the last 3 weeks and especially not last week genuinely flummoxed by it as I've not been on plan and been way over syns? Only thing I can think of is my gallbladder - less system is working over time and burning calories :/

I'm really not sticking to plan this week - I've already had at least a full week's syns and still have today and tomorrow to go before WI. Today will have more wine syns as my sister is coming to stay for a couple of days.

    B - bacon, egg & mushrooms
L - ham salad sandwich, LTL mayo instead of spread
D - HM navarin of lamb (not sure of syns but probably about 6), mash potatoes. There's a lot of veg in this so probably won't serve any separately

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB - bread
Syns - 6 for lamb; 0.5 mayo; wine syns?

My tree is going up on Thursday night, this is the latest ever I have put it up. I do like looking at it when I get it up though, not sure why I'm totally disinterested this year!

Fully on plan today, gym Friday, Saturday, Monday, tonight & tomorrow night.

If I even see half a lb off I'll be delighted.

Mrs R could you return the jumper? There is nothing worse than feeling uncomfortable in clothes.
