Afternoon, interesting about the Iceland meat, will have to try, don't fancy crocodile though, lol
I've had BP monitor on for 24 hours, it went off every 15 min.and every 30 min during the night, so didn't get much sleep. I hope that me losing some weight and eating healthier has made a difference as I really don't want to go on meds for high BP.
Had scrambled egg, mushrooms and spinach for breakfast, lentil veg soup for lunch and making pasta for tea, I have the Heck sausages, so going to take them out of their skin and roll them into balls to go through the pasta.0 -

Oh tweets I am so pleased for you that you have achieved a fab loss this week, your 2st for Christmas, got into the next stone and reached your S4S target. :T:j:T:j You so deserve them all as you are always there to offer support to us all. Thank you too. :beer:Some just gave me a tin of Quality Street

I won a box of QS last week when I was at Nativity Play - if I hadn't been doing SW I wouldn't have stood a chance of winning. On the positive side - I only like the green triangles (sure they are a lot smaller than they used to be) so while the box remains closed they are 'safe' and will try to keep them as a spare pressie in case I need a little pressie at the last minute.
Got some some smoked haddock from M&S for tea and will probably cook it in foil in the oven. The pack says dab with butter  Good job DS has a heavy cold - when he gets in from work tonight he wont be able to smell it. He hates everything about fish with a passion :rotfl::rotfl:
