    Right direction mich.

DH announced that he's invited SIL and BIL for lunch next week. So they'll definitely be having a SW meal!! Having just made big pot of savoury mince I'll do a cottage pie with veg. Any ideas for an easy, light pudding preferably syn free or very low? BIL hates meringue otherwise I'd do Eaton mess.

I ate a small cracker (Ritz size) with a bit of Stilton. Why???

Shattered! Went into town on impulse earlier and did quite a lot of walking. Tried on some stuff in Primark and am pleased to report the size 16 trousers didn't look too bad. I like my tops big but I need to get out the habit of buying size 20's  I'm not a size 20 on top- I'm a 14-16 but I like my tops massive to try and hide the nasty loose skin... I did however buy a very cool Henry Holland top from Debenhams which was an 18 but a neater fit, the 16 was fine but I bought the 18 for a little more room. One of these days I will buy clothes that fit :rotfl:
Thursday's food plan- not fantastic but it's one day out of 7 and Ive done plenty walking. :)
Breakfast: Frozen fruit and 0% peach Activia, cup of decaf
Lunch: Quorn cottage pie (8 syns- large one) carrots, peas. Curly Wurly (6 syns) HEXA glass of milk
Tea: Tuna, beans and chicken chunks. Pint of NAS
Supper: HEXB Alpen Light x 2, pint of NAS
    Syns: 14
Body Magic: lots of walking round town
    Night all xx

    Morning

Reporting in with the result of this week's weigh-in: 1.5 lbs off. That means I need to lose 2 next week to achieve my slinky target which is doable.

Because Stilton is unresistable! I love it, fortunately it's not readily available in Spain, and when we're in the UK I only buy it rarely.

Don't worry about loose skin showing, wearing fitted clothes is much more flattering and shows off how slim you are. Clothes that cover up bulges also cover up shape. When I lost a lot of weight before, I delayed buying new work clothes until I reached target, and although my immediate colleagues were aware of my weight loss it wasn't until I wore new clothes that the rest noticed and they were shocked at the difference.

    Have a good day.

Alright losers :D I can't believe some of your losses on here this close to Xmas!! :T:T bl0ody brilliant you lot are!!

I didn't get to class last night, thankfully.. I think I probably put a 1lb on due to that buffet but I now have a week to get it back off again before my last weigh in for Xmas.

Off for a bit of shopping and hair done today so I feel like a proper lady of leisure :rotfl: foodwise, I'm going to have a bit of a light eating day, we have chicken lasagne for tea with salad and the rest of the day I'll just snack on fruit and veg sticks I think, will make a dip with some quark.

I still feel full from the last two days, it's weird how lethargic I've felt as well from eating rubbish..

Right I'm off to get ready! Have a good day all xxx

Maman - for a light pud how about making a fresh fruit salad and having it with some squirty cream? (can't stand the stuff myself but it is low syn:cool:); alternatively what about Bailey's chocolate mousse pots (5 syns) - recipe is on the SW website? Alcohol & chocolate hits - what's not to like and certainly wouldn't seem like a "diet" pud, would it?

There's probably other low syn puds online but haven't looked recently (the Bailey one is in my "Favourites" folder even though I haven't actually got round to making it yet!)

    Another EE day today:

    B - bacon & mushroom sandwich (HEB + 2.5 for butter)
L - omlette with mushroom, pepper, onions
D - fish pie (7 syns for cheese sauce)

HEA will be milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB - bread

Syns - cheese sauce 7; butter 2.5; may also have a glass of wine if DH opens a bottle but won't if he decides on beer (I don't like beer so wouldn't have one!)
