    Ahhh this will make you all laugh. I've just put on a pair of joggers that I haven't worn in a year and used to be tight, however theyre a 16 so I assumed they would be fine. I just went to the shops in them and when I was coming back wondered what was flapping round my legs. It was the legs of my joggers :rotfl: I looked like I was wearing clown trousers :rotfl: moral of the story- always check when wearing things that haven't been worn in a while!!!

    We didn't get much info about the new pack either.. Only that it had updated syn values for takeaways and mcd's, Costa coffee etc :p

    Was doing the ironing earlier.. Noticed all the different sizes of hangers.. Think it tells the tale of my SW journey! :ohttp://instagram.com/p/wgWT2GGjbL/

    Thanks, although it's bugging me that I missed adding one for size 20 :rotfl:

    Was 18/20 when I started SW (this time).. Was obviously bigger before then as there are plenty of hangers to tell the tale.. ;)

    ahhhh now I know what ours was on about the other night.. she was saying she'd lost 6lbs doing something but she didn't say how and I was wondering why!

    Well I've only had a packet of pom bears all day.. went shopping, got chatting to my sister on the phone and then had to run to the hairdressers so just grabbed a pack! Healthy eating at it's best :D:rotfl:*

    Off to make my chicken lasagne, i'll be drooling whilst making it...

    * not a diet I recommend
