    Well done losers :T:A
Don't think I will be joining you at WI :o, its been a VERY emotional time for me recently, today is a year since I lost my beloved Mum. I have struggled through the day in between bouts of tears. My work mates have been gems, so caring of me. Sunday would have been my sons 30th Birthday so all in all a !!!!! weekend. Can't be arsed with food [well not the healthy stuff] oh just can't be arsed with life :cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:

So sad for you tie and you, too, meg. Sending you both a virtual hug and great admiration for how you're coping.:A

I'm feeling like that too lantanna. I'd love to lose this side of Christmas but I just can't see it happening. I just seem to be lurching from one Christmas meal to another. Sorry if it sounds Scrooge like but part of me just wants 2015 to come so I can get on a roll of normality and HM food.

Thanks for the pudding ideas denise. I'm sure I'll end up with something fruity, considering raspberries and cream/yogurt. I don't want to buy squirty cream or Baileys as I'd definitely not use it again. Far too sickly for me. My DH detests squirty cream and when the French call it 'chantilly' it's just as yuk.

:T for entertaining your guests to a roast in the caravan LL. Space must be an issue as well as the power supply.

Reading your story MrsR, I was expecting a worse outcome than flapping legs.:o Another NSV. :D

Another mixed day as I was out at lunchtime.

    EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: tuna JP with salad garnish
D: savoury mince (with SF in), new potatoes, cauli and broccoli
Syns: squirt of syrup, mayo in JP, weekend wine:T

Hugs for Mrs R and anyone else who finds this time of year difficult
    :grouphug:

Yesterday at work I noticed for the first time a difference in my energy levels. Usually I'm absolutely knackered and have sore back etc. I do carry a lot of weight around but funny how losing even 8-9lbs has made such a difference already. I had a very busy day and still I walked out without being totally exhausted. It s definitely a motivation to keep going and getting the next 11 stone off.

Not sure about menu yet today, prob curry for tea

Enjoy your weekend, I'm going wool shopping to make a blanket

Hugs going out from me to those that need them :grouphug:

I am currently attempting to make these http://www.tablespoon.com/recipes/mini-cauliflower-pizza-crusts/b8f4a680-6895-4202-ae91-cc0061ae258b (mini cauliflower pizzas) in the hope that they will work and I can do some more for our group party on Tuesday.

Will let you know... currently my house smells quite a lot of cauliflower :(

Just sat and worked it out - these mini pizza things are about 3 syns each. Is that good enough for a buffet at SW?

If people have HEA spare then they're about 1/3 HEA each.

I might try making some of the bases without extra cheese in - that would bring them down to 1 syn apiece but they might not stick together!

    Hey guys

Shala - apologies, I missed checking in last week. It was a -0.25lb last week & -0.50lb this week. I wanted to be in the 10s by Christmas but that's not happening but on the plus side that's a stone & a half gone :j:j, can't really complain about that :D

Must try extra hard this week to see if I can even get a whole 1lb off :o

NSV - I bought myself a nice new pair of jeans this week (a whole whopping £16 in Tesco) in a size smaller than I had been wearing, a couple of the pairs I am currently wearing are getting kinda ridiculous looking.

Off for a mooch around the supermarkets today for a few bits and pieces, like crackers.

Hugs to everyone who is having a tough time at the min, it's easy for people to forget that Christmas isn't all happy times for everyone.

Well done to all the losers & everyone who has already met their SFS target!

Hi everybody,my throat is a bit easier, but I have to say I have been extra naughty this dinner time I have had a small piece of Asda garlic bread and an Asda small Apple pie. I have no regrets, I enjoyed every mouthful.

Now back onto the straight and narrow.:rotfl: :rotfl:

I know how you feel mumoftwo. Another NSV, we're having loads on the thread lately:D. I remember when I first noticed that I was literally lighter on my feet when I was dancing. I'm off to a Christmas dance tonight, probably be worn out but hope to join in every one! I'll need to be careful of the buffet supper. I'm taking SF cherry peppers as there's bound to be loads of quiche and sandwiches. I just need a bit of willpower. Hopefully lots of crudit!s and grapes available.

    Today's plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, baked beans
    L: LO mince with veg
D: whatever I can choose from buffet
Syns: ??? I'm driving so maybe no wine syns tonight unless I give in when I get home.
