Now to lose the next stone :D

And of course you will but there are still two weeks to lose a few more pounds then the Christmas gain won't be too bad.

:Ton losing a half pound denise. That's amazing as you were off plan last weekend.

I haven't been to WI for two weeks. My plan is to go next week (18th) then either on 1st Jan (???) or preferably on 8th but I definitely want a new set of books so I'll see what she has to say. I can't believe we'll miss out if you don't go to WI on New Year's Day.

Went to Home Bargains today. Butter beans are 39p a tin and came up at 3 for £1 at the till. I like to use them for Tana Ramsay's sausage casserole and a chicken casserole recipe I've got so I always stock up when I see an offer.

I didn't have lunch today, was in a meeting but succumbed to 2 bits of melba toast with pate on from a demonstrator in Asda. Melba toast is very low syn so I'll manage. And I had a spoonful of the savoury mince for tasting purposes. Smells gorgeous.

    So, short EE menu today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, HEA milk, 2 boiled eggs
    L: Asda!
D: sausage, mash, cauli, cabbage, broccoli, carrots, fried onions
Syns: Asda snack;) gravy, scrape of spread

Very well done tweets :j loads of good news there!

And congrats on your loss too joedenise.

Tonight's dinner is creative cooking inspired by going to the fridge and discovering I should have checked how we were doing on veg. Had very little and most of it needed using sooner rather than later. Tomorrow I will stock up :o

Tonight we will be having quorn 'pork' steaks with a sauce of mushroom, leek, onion and a tiny yellow pepper, and SW roast parsnips and sweet potato.

Oh my, I haven't felt well for two days. Feeing nauseous, sore throat and swollen glands and nose and throat feeling peppery, if you know what I mean. I have eaten my meals but still feeling like I could be sick. I don't know what to take with me being diabetic and having BP medication. If anyone can come up with a suggestion I would be grateful. :)

Here is my Friday menu, if. I can keep to it.

    B. Porridge A/B strawberries.

    L. Boiled egg. Ryvita 6 syns clementine

    Snack. Pear or banana

    D. Heinz w w tomato soup.

    Supper 2 Weetabix A/B

    A milk B cereal. A milk B cereal
    6 Syns
    Water.

More like a week off plan! I'm pretty certain there was something wrong with the scales at group this morning with so many people who were expecting a gain losing - but I'm not complaining!

As long as you go and stay sometime between Boxing day and 17 January you'll get the new pack free! Otherwise it's going to cost £10:eek:

Our consultant this morning said that there will be no image therapy for the first 2 weeks in January as she will be going through the New Plan!
