I never eat unlimited potatoes, pasta and rice!
Me neither. I eat mine in the suggested proportion for EE which is a third. And as I've said before I make it a third across the day. So my food consists of HEXs, third carbs, third meat/fish (probably barely as we have mostly small meat portions) and third (at least) SFs plus syns. I really don't believe in filling up on free food whether it's potatoes or anything else. The only thing I don't mind having extra is veg. I'm wondering if the new plan will be a bit more like Success Express or maybe we have to just exist on their new ready meals!:rotfl:Just seen on facebook Alpen lights on offer in Asda £1.
You're brilliant at spotting the bargains meg.:) My Farmfoods often has them at £1 in cherry and apple flavours.
I've been out for Christmas lunch. It was in country house hotel where portions are small but three courses. Starter had a bit of mayo, pan fried cod had a sauce but not much and then I had a cheese board. plenty of veg and leaves so could have been worse. Wine syns consumed.:o I had light SW breakfast (Shreddies) and may not eat any more today.
All I seem to be doing is dodging between Christmas dos at the moment but it's the same for everyone I suppose. I don't weigh but my clothes still fit!0 -

This thread moves quickly! Well done Annie, that's an amazing total loss!
Staying on plan pretty well. Went over syns yesterday but can reduce for the next few days to make up for it. Aiming to get back to swimming regularly. Trying to do Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to give myself some kind of routine.

I'm another not feeling it at the mo.. meals bang on as usual but the naughties have crept back in.. not good when i'm one that has small losses, doesn't take much to give a gain!
i've never liked the 'if its free eat as much as you want' mantra.. always kept my mouth shut in group when our consultant encouraged folk to eat loads of 'whatever' as its free.. I limit carbs too.. I tried a week with no banana for brekkie (fishy week) I maintained that week so will still eat them most days..
WI tomorrow, fully expecting a gain.. hopefully it wont be too painful0 -
Hope you and all our Scots friends are keeping safe, dry and warm.:)
