    Evening all
    Day 2 of the 'really getting on it' and I'm sore in places I haven't been sore for A long time :eek: was tempted to give it a miss but no I pressed on :).
    Feeling a bit better today.
    Today's menu:
    B: HEXB Weetabix with measured HEXA s/s heated in the microwave, 2 bananas, pint of NAS
    L: Tagliatelle (Asda ready meal- 2.5 syns) mixed salad. 2 satsumas, pint of NAS
    Snack: 2 cheese twists (4 Syns) 0% peach Activia, pint of NAS
    T: plain salmon fillets, steamed mixed veg. 2 mini milks (3 syns) pint of NAS
    Syns: 9.5
    Body magic: 15 miles on the exercise bike

    Lost 1.5 tonight giving me a total loss of 6stone 1lb and this little beauty

    Been mega busy so AWOL a bit, but I do rea as much as I can
    Keep plodding everyone, it's so worth it
    I've lost this much in 49 weeks with an average of 2lbs a week
