No new packs!!!!!! Will have to see if I can geet it sent over here by ebay...

I have to change my plans - I am off to Greece on Sunday with work for a week, so will be changing my weigh in dates. I will weigh in as normal tomorrow for this week's number, and then on Sunday morning and that will be my result for the next week. And will weigh in the following sunday once I am back for the final result before Christmas. But no chances on hitting the target with living in a hotel all week and having breakfast, lunch and dinner out!

  • ginvzt - hope lo is on the mend soon. It is so difficult when they're not well.

wiz - sorry you didn't get the loss you were hoping for. Fingers crossed for next week ;)

Mildredd - that's bl**dy typical to get the book the week I have booked a holiday. I wouldn't care but I always stay to class. Will have to have a word with our Consultant and see if I will still be able to get one. Thanks for the info so far.

Had a nice little shopping trip out on my own this morning and ended up in Sainsbugs (25% off tu attracted me). Took 3 things into changing room - the first was a tunic which I thought might have been a bit on the close fitting side - I couldn't get it over my b00bies. The next was a pair of jeans reg length or so I thought - no - they were actually short - top of them fitted but legs were too short and baggy. Then the last thing was a pair of maroony red trousers which weren't a bad fit and very comfy but I was unsure of the colour :o I didn't bother to look for anything else after that.

Got wi later tonight so if I hear anything re the changes I will share with you when I get back.

I'm glad I don't go to SW classes, I'm just getting to grips with EE and super free foods and they're talking about changing it. I wish they'd leave things alone.

I first joined SW in 2001 and there were far more free foods including corned beef on red and macaroni cheese on green, both of which I used to eat and successfully lost weight.

I don't understand how EE will work without super free food. It won't make any difference to me though, I'll carry on with what I'm doing, it's working so far.

Yes does seem why fix it when it is not broken.
We all know it works if we stick to it.
In my case that does not mean industrial amounts of chocolate & pringles.

Lovely girlie day out today. Started with coffee and half a scone (4 of us so worked out well). Then it was dress shopping, or rather trying on. It was great fun. Tried two evening dresses on, got stuck in the first (mistook the size), and had to be helped out :rotfl: second was ok, but I don't want ok I want WOW. Don't need one until April so will keep looking. It was the first time I'd tried evening dresses so gave a good idea of what will suit or not. Afterwards we went for lunch but it wasn't too bad. We all had fishcakes (one kedgeree, one salmon & one cod), with a side salad. I did have two skinny latte's as a treat. Complements from my new friends re my figure have really given me a confidence boost and urged me to continue with the Callanetics.
