I don't like change either but it will have been tested first to see if it works I guess.

Years ago you could only have 1 HEA with red and green days.. then i think some research came out that said calcium actually helps with weight loss so that's why they updated it to two. I think as new things come to light, they change the plan a little to accommodate them.

Durham_mim, interesting about the margarine, although i'm not sure it's 100% true.. I don't think in this country any margarine is allowed to have trans fats in them. Although anything that is processed as much as it is, can't be healthy!

Had a lovely cheap lunch today, had some LO gammon to use up so added it to a pack of batchelors High Veg Tomato and Mediterranean Veg Super pasta. Not bought this one before but it is so tasty if its still on offer at Asda I will get a few more.I always add a bit of normal pasta
to these so I get two portions, so 25p plus LO.s.

We bulk up the packs of Bachelors Pasta too meg with a bit extra pasta and extra sfs. 50p a pack is good - I was in little independent sm yesterday and spotted the Bachelors pasta and was about to put a couple in as they are handy when in a hurry and thank goodness I spotted the price before getting to the checkout - coppers under a quid :eek: - needless to say I didn't bother and will wait til I get to Mr. A's.

No more dancing now until after Christmas so will up the Callanetics(if there's time) instead and concentrate on toning up.
