Welcome Musogirl and good luck with your weight loss and getting pregnant. Sounds like a rough night Ginvzt, hope little one gets better soon.

It is very frosty here this morning, brrrrr soup and stew weather

Menu today: 2 weetabix, banana (HEab)
Noodle veg stir fry, or soup or both

Ran out of fruit and yogurts so will need to get some

Lots of housework to do but cup of tea and breakfast first. Have a good eating day

Well, I must say I am a little disappointed it seems I have STS :D
Sorry I can't change font size nor colour I must be a bit thick or what ?

Anyway, perhaps next week I will have a loss. I'll keep plodding on, I don't think I will lose the 10lb by Crimbo like I hoped, but, never mind, there's bigger losses at Sea !
Hope everyone else has lost or STS :T

The chocs in Lidl are Petite Amour by JD Cross - something like that they are in a white pack.

Each one is like a Kit Kat finger if that helps.

We are getting word on this news on Thursday : /

Changed it for you, how annoying when you were expecting a loss, but it could be much worse. Keep going

Thanks for the choc info Lantanna, will look out for them in Lidl, how many syns again?

Shame about the STS wiz but has to be better than a gain.:) As you say, keep plodding and (as I say;)) keep upping those SFs!

I need to make some pigs in blankets for the freezer soon. Anyone able to recommend low syn chipolatas?

Not sure how today's going to work out. I have to go to a funeral later and the gathering afterwards will probably have a buffet. Rather depends on what's available and more importantly will power! I'm going to make myself eat some lunch although it'll be early.

    EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
    L: LO casserole
D: maybe more casserole or JP as going out this evening
Syns: squirt of syrup and who know what I can't resist.:o

Not exactly sure - will sit down and try and work it out soon.

    Hiya

Welcome Musogirl. SW don't recommend banking syns, but it's really your choice and as long as you're losing weight they can't/won't complain. I wouldn't tell your consultant you do it though, because if you start struggling with your weight loss they'll tell you it's because you bank syns.

I had a change of menu yesterday, the roast dinner has been postponed until Wednesday so we had salmon, new potatoes and green beans. Lunch was h/m minestrone soup.

We're having fish again today - h/m fish cakes with couscous crumb, with actifry chips and peas. Tomorrow is shopping day but we've still got loads of food we haven't eaten as we've had a few meals out this week so I might postpone for a couple of days.

Good luck to everyone with finding the willpower to avoid all the naughties that are around at this time of year.
