Well, I must say I am a little disappointed it seems I have STS
Sorry I can't change font size nor colour I must be a bit thick or what ?
Anyway, perhaps next week I will have a loss. I'll keep plodding on, I don't think I will lose the 10lb by Crimbo like I hoped, but, never mind, there's bigger losses at Sea !
Hope everyone else has lost or STS :T0

The chocs in Lidl are Petite Amour by JD Cross - something like that they are in a white pack.
Each one is like a Kit Kat finger if that helps.
We are getting word on this news on Thursday : /0

Not sure how today's going to work out. I have to go to a funeral later and the gathering afterwards will probably have a buffet. Rather depends on what's available and more importantly will power! I'm going to make myself eat some lunch although it'll be early.
 EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: LO casserole maybe more casserole or JP as going out this evening maybe more casserole or JP as going out this evening
Syns: squirt of syrup and who know what I can't resist.:o0

            Hiya
Welcome Musogirl. SW don't recommend banking syns, but it's really your choice and as long as you're losing weight they can't/won't complain. I wouldn't tell your consultant you do it though, because if you start struggling with your weight loss they'll tell you it's because you bank syns.
I had a change of menu yesterday, the roast dinner has been postponed until Wednesday so we had salmon, new potatoes and green beans. Lunch was h/m minestrone soup.
We're having fish again today - h/m fish cakes with couscous crumb, with actifry chips and peas. Tomorrow is shopping day but we've still got loads of food we haven't eaten as we've had a few meals out this week so I might postpone for a couple of days.
Good luck to everyone with finding the willpower to avoid all the naughties that are around at this time of year.
