    Hope the ulcers heal soon.

Oh bless beanie, I hope so too, they are really quite painful and it is really strange trying to eat without your top teeth,

Thanks so much all. Ive got a lot to cope with mentally at the moment and physically I'm not too good either - my foot is still painful, my bad back is playing up and I'm just getting over this lousy cold. I'm so disappointed as I thought I had done enough to get me safely back within target but I'm going to spend the week frightened to eat anything in case I go over target again. If I do I will stop going as I simply cannot pay- I felt really bad about saying I can't contribute to my consultants Xmas present as I can't afford it. :( I ate loads of superspeed fruit this week as I got my ESA and was able to go to the market- I got told to keep that up this week but I've got no money left so I can only eat the few bits of fruit I have- a few apples, satsumas, kiwis and bananas.
I did have chocolate- 3 Flakes :o 21 syns :o had already had tea which upped today's syns to 33 :o big fat line has been drawn. Going to docs in the morning so hopefully she can help me with my mood.
Night all and thanks again x

    A 5 stone shiney. Wow!!! Congratulations b.e.g.

You're back in target range so that's what matters MrsR so whatever happens you don't pay next week. Don't worry about the fruit try to have veg and as you eat so little meat you could have Green days. You're only one day of syns over so you should be able to claw that back over the coming week, no problem. I'm sure you can do it.:grouphug:

Glad you enjoyed yourself in Portsmouth meg. Is the entrance to Victory included in the entrance fee or is it extra? Shame about the sore mouth but maybe if you stick to syn free soup and plenty of drinks it'll be a blessing in disguise.;)

Mrs R - getting back into target by losing 1.5lb is fantastic; as Maman says even if you put on this week you won't have to pay next week. Definitely eat more veggies rather than fruit as your SFs this week. I love Green days as you get 2 HEAs/2 HEBs and veggies, potatoes, pasta are much cheaper than meat & fruit!

Glad you've decided to go to see your Dr today, hopefully that will help you feel better.

    Back to EE today:

    B - mushroom omlette
L - smoked salmon & cucumber sandwich (HEB); LTL mayo instead of spread (0.5 syns)
    D - corned beef hash (2 syns)

HEA will be milk in teas throughout the day.

May also have a fruit split lolly this evening (3 syns).

    BEG - amazong!!!! Well done!!!!!!!!!

Mrs R - a pound and a half is a lot!!!!! Take three packs of butter in your hand - is that little to get off you?

I am here to officially report I have put +3lb on! That is a lot of fat on my hips and tummy again. Will need to work hard to get it off! and only 16 days to go to get the rest 7.5lb off for my little target and I might not reach the SfS target I set myself here. But will do my best!

Except for today as it is Christmas dinner out....

    (starting with excuses already!!!!)

Congrats on the losses wiz, MrsRyan and b_e_g :T

Major congrats to you b_e_g on getting your 5 stone shiny, that's awesome :j

Sorry you're feeling down MrsRyan, I hope the doctor can help you out.

And hugs to Meg for your sore mouth, I hope it's better soon and you can get your teeth back in :D (sorry, possibly bad choice of smiley!)

I'm 0.5lb off my 3.5 stone shiny. Will be gutted if I don't get it tonight, but yet again I've had off plan moments this week that will have cost me a decent loss so I could guarantee it. I have 3 more weeks and WIs before Christmas and wanted my 4 stone by then - not looking likely!

Thanks maman yes the entrance to the Trafalgar, the Warrior and the maryrose are all included in the price that's why I thought it such good value, the entertainment alone would have made it for me there were dancers singers and military bands, oh and enjoyed the wine tastings as well :rotfl:

    Morning all :)

Congrats BEGon the 5st shiney, what an achievement!

DH & DS were away last night and will be tonight too, so making the most of my alone time;) Don't worry I'm being good food wise just managing to get a little more done. Will be wrapping a few of their prezzies sometime today.

I was really chuffed with myself last night when I managed to get into a size 12 dress (it was stretchy), still need to tone my tummy up before I can wear it but an achievement non the less.

I'm off to the hairdressers this afternoon and then got parents evening after that. Got a massage to look forward to tomorrow.

    EE Menu:

B: GF cereal & BD Milk. Tea with milk.
L: Butternut squash soup (bit like speed soup but with lentils & squash in). Summer fruits.
D: Seafood pasta (DH hates seafood :p). Tea with milk.

S: 5 squares DF chocolate. Cocoa.
