Enjoy your Christmas meal when it comes LL. What will you and DH do at Christmas if that's going to be your only festive meal? (excuse nosiness).
Thank you.
We are going to stay in a hotel near Benidorm with a few friends. We did the same last year and on Christmas morning we went into Benidorm and went from bar to bar having coffee, brandy and tapas. The hotel meals were buffet style and they had a few festive specialities on offer for the evening meal, but nothing like a traditional British Christmas dinner.
It's different, and fun!

Hello everyone just popping in before I have to get ready to go to wi.
Well done to all the losers especially our wiz :T
Lovely to see you back ginvzt. Bet those few 1lbs dont hang around for too long.
Enjoy your early Christmas lunches people. Oh roasties with goose fat nom nom
Green with envy of the france trippers - hope you both have a fab time.
Yesterday I craved sweet all day - don't know what that was all about
Will be having dinner when I get back in from wi (probably about 9pm) but there is no way I could last out till then so have just had a couple of ryvitas, feta, toms and 8 olives (used hexs) - that should stop tummy from rumbling during class.
Will try and pop back in later with wi update - 1lb to 5st shiney (no pressure then). Had a sts last week so I am keeping my fingers and toes firmly crossed.
Mamam - your comment re a 1lb off a week for a year = 4st loss certainly makes you think.

Hi Mrs R - don't be so hard on yourself! One and a half pounds is a very respectable weight loss, you should celebrate. Have chocolate as a reward, cheerfully, not by drowning your sorrows and then feeling guilty.
Sorry you're having a bad time - have a dodgy hug! :grouphug:

Had a really great time in Portsmouth, the Victorian Christmas market is really quite magical.great atmosphere, lots of entertainment, snowy street where they have artificial snow that looks and feels real, it was lovely to see the littlies trying to catch the snowflakes, some stunning Victorian outfits. Fabulous food stalls, had roast chestnuts, mulled wine,
fudge, cheese and really really wanted to try the Bubble and squeak cakes, but we were in the queue for the Trafalgar when I spotted it and by the time we came out they were all sold out.
Have earmarked this for another visit sometime, I thought it was incredible value for the money, think my ticket cost £16 but hours of entertainment, My DD and GDD only went on the one ship tour as I was quite physically challenged climbing up steep steps, but son in law did two while we went round the market, stuffing our faces.
Not even going to tell you about the fantastic fish and chips, or the free McDonalds breakfast we got because DGD went to the loo and the toilet door fell off on her head, or the coffees with a shot of baileys. Didn't count a single syn and I am so glad I didn't as have come home with a nasty crop of mouth ulcers and cant get my top denture in so have e
only been able to have liquid stuff today, so I think I needed all those syns if I am not to melt away to nothing in the next few days till they heal :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Slimming World at target0 -
